Was not there for long but loved everything about the stay

It was very nice and the staff was very accommodating

The front desk staff was not very friendly, but they got me checked in. The room was fairly clean, but warm. I tried calling for help with the thermostat and no response. Breakfast was basic, but fresh and hot.

The staff was very friendly during check-in. However, I experienced an issue with the shower, as the water was not draining properly. I was informed that there is no maintenance staff available after 6 p.m., so I had to wait until the next day for assistance.

The A/C was not working the coldest was 75 degrees, notified them and did not fix it, refused to give credit and just said I am sorry!

Overall everything was excellent I will keep going back and recommend as excellent place

We had a terrible experience. I will not be staying here again. The room was hot because the A/C was not working well. I reported it the day we arrived and they said someone would come take a look at it. No one ever did, they also could not give us another room which may not have helped because other family members had the same issue. They also did not clean our room the 2nd day. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed at the Drury Plaza just up the road instead and had a much better experience.

Our room was very small, tiny bathroom and very dated also we were at the end of the hall right next to the interstate so the road noise outside kept me awake all night. I was unable to sleep at all so we left at 4am.

Fresh breakfast every day, the bedroom was Clean and the staff very friendly y hablan español 10/10

This hotel was better than I expected. Very close to the airport which was perfect for a late flight in. The guy at the front desk was very nice. I would stay here an again.

I don’t understand why WiFi services in this time and age should come at a cost if you are not a member. It is quite disappointing and unfortunate.

I enjoy this hotel but I would prefer a larger restroom for the 2 beds room. I've stayed here before in rooms with 1 bed and they seem to have larger restrooms. Other than that totally recommend.

the room ok , breakfast only until 9:00 am , so i never got , but iv could take coffee at anh time . the car access first time a little difficjlt because the main access to the hotel is hidden . after finding the wat - no problem for the nect dats

Christian was so helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The location and breakfast were great! Check in was easy and the room was clean. The staff were nice and welcoming. Our rooms were a bit warm in the afternoon and the pool area was very packed in the evening. A solid choice with a convenient location to the airport.

The room was good it was just hot when we arrived. We called front desk to inform, which she informed that the A/C had sensors which will turn on when it feels the people around. I got to admit that day of arrival was beyond hot, later that evening we called front desk again to inform our room was just getting more hot. They brought up a fan for us and the helped tremendously! Within the 30mins our room was nice and fresh and from then on it wasnt so hot. Everything else was great, we were literally 10-15 mins from where we had to be and so many things around us, that we could do.
