Nice out door pool and restaurant options within walking distance
-
As soon as I got there I was not treated by valet, then got charged twice for a room I had already paid for, room service in the morning was also banging on doors around 8 am cleaning rooms and I couldn’t even get proper rest, honestly disappointed

My overall experience was amazing
-
It wasn’t so great in the beginning they gave me a terrible room with torn drapes . But they changed my room right away to a great room so I ended up starting and extra 5 days because of it wonderful property.

Staff rude and unresponsive

It is a beautiful hotel, but service missed the mark. Will look for something different on our next visit to San Antonio.

Loved the location and resort-like feel to it. Had everything we needed and my teen kids explored on their own. I wasn’t given an option to self park.

It was in a nice area Lots of construction nearby

Our stay was nice but not special

The room felt notably spacious and really clean, I will definitely come back.

This place is great!

One of the best rooms I’ve stayed at , thank you for the amazing time and incredible experience
-
Lovely location and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The only improvement I would recommend is that the rooms should be cleaned every couple of days with a change in towels.

Beautiful hotel and outdoor walking. The pool area was very nice resort filling. Had a kids area. Wish the main pool was 21up to relax. It was hard to do so with all the kids. Great drinks bar area.

so clean. fabulous beds, beautiful property, helpful staff

Valet came out to over $100 for 3 nights and they have no parking lot for guests so be aware of the extra charge. Overall a good hotel in a good area.

Very disappointing experience for what is supposed to be a luxury hotel brand. At checkout, the hotel charged the full amount for my entire week stay and clearly explained that the previous pending holds on my card would be released. However, almost 2–3 days after I had already left the hotel, they charged ANOTHER $2,000 to my card without authorization. At this point, there are approximately $4,000 in extra charges connected to my account between “temporary holds” and additional charges made after checkout. What is most concerning is not only the amount, but the lack of proper resolution and the fact that the hotel still appears to have unrestricted access to continue charging my card even after my stay had already been fully paid and closed. This situation is extremely stressful and unacceptable, especially coming from a hotel chain that presents itself as high-end and professional. I truly expected much better customer service, transparency, and financial handling.

This has the potential to be a really nice hotel experience but it lacks. We checked in late after a really long day. There wasn’t anywhere to get water or a bite to eat. It’s isolated in a sense. Staff needs lessons in “unreasonable hospitality”. I’ve stayed here 3 times. Probably won’t stay again.
