Nora the front desk clerk was absolutely amazing... Blair in housekeeping was great as well. Extremely concerned and attentive. Joey was good. Didn't get the manager on duty name but she needs a little retraining on accommodating guest if there's an issue with their hotel. The elevator went out within 45 minutes of me checking in. I asked for a room on the 1st floor instead of the 3rd and Joey was more than ready to switch the rooms but she told him no because there wasn't going to be any housekeepers on to clean. Several rooms were being cleaned on the first floor and at least 4 housekeepers were on duty while I climbed the steps. After I reported this issue to Expedia Joey was able to change my room. Breakfast was meh . They have a futuristic pancake maker but they taste terrible. The juice machine was dispensing a syrupy mixture. The fruit and bagels were good.

Breakfast was really good - a diverse selection of food. Parking was convenient. The building is quite new, and everything is clean. The location is close to some waste management facilities. If the wind direction is not right, you can smell something bad. But it is just the distance between the parking lot and the hotel, so I guess that is bearable.
