Service was great and valet

The worst thing about stay was the very loud tejano music playing until 1am. I'm pretty sure it was from the beer garden place just behind the hotel. I don't know how that's aloud for a mostly outdoor establishment to play loud music until that late.

Check in was easy and convenient. I was allowed to check in a bit earlier which helped with my evening plans. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and parking was great. Even had security on the premises.

Good and clean I

Staff was great, the room was clean and the breakfast was okay. The only down fall is that there is only one very slow elevator.

Staff lady was awesome. She went above and beyond us for. I also liked the room layout. The bedroom area had a privacy door. I'll definitely rebook here

So couch pull out was disgusting ask for extra blanket got this piece of material that wouldn’t keep a mouse warm …fire alarm went off in the middle of the night ..THERE was NOONE to guide us tell us what to do …inexcusable period!!!!!

Personal nice

We love staying at this hotel. Great service and convenient in the downtown area. We book here often. Awesome breakfast selection as well. Friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend it. 😊

The building is old but the service is the same as in all the hotels holiday inn, very good.

I enjoyed everything

Room was clean with comfortable beds. Centrally located. Walking distance to a lot of things though we chose to drive.
