The premium aesthetic and high quality customer service. Nothing.

The property was clean, they cleaned my room everyday. It smells fresh when you walk through the doors. Everyone was ready to help and the food was great I loved it.

The room itself did not have a desk or a place to eat at. It also did not have a microwave. Valet parking was also extremely expensive.

Clean, modern, and attractive. The restaurants are also good, and it’s a nice area of town. The staff is always friendly. I like the toiletry brand/products at this price point. It’s a good value for an upscale product in the area. It’s still has a more corporate feel than some of the high end boutique options.

It wasn’t what I was expecting but my wife enjoyed herself.

I did mention the saying “ In bloom out of the office” it said online by mentioning this they usually honor the free parking or drinks. We received a pair of socks?! With all the taxes, parking, and resort fees it was a lot more expensive than we thought.

Beautiful hotel and great location, very close to the river walk. Only downfall was our room was very noisy, we were right next to the elevator and heard mechanical sounds all night. The toilet in the room did not flush either. Valet did take a very long time, 15 min wait turned into 45 min.

This hotel was in a great location for walking to the river walk. It was clean and smelled amazing inside. Customer service was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

We loved this hotel and will be back. We didn’t even go to the Riverwalk this time it was all about getting away and relaxing. Enjoyed the rooftop pool area most. Bed was comfy, espresso machine was a different touch and shower was nice. I received a complimentary bottle of champagne and cake for my birthday which was very resort like. But they had it on my bill, still waiting to see that credit back but I’m sure I will.
