Fast check in and friendly staff No complaints

No pool. Going renovations. Room had mold on walls; roaches and some lights did not work. Remote control for TV was broke.

It’s a mess leaky ac unit, mold. Pool was full of toilets and trash from construction had to dump water buckets multiple times of day and wake up to flooded floors Nothing

The building are construction on going even hotel room are clean. good stuff and service excellant I recommended my all fried and colleague stay in the hotel when ever vist

The room was really nasty

Would not come back. You get what you pay for. Maintenance of property and rooms was very poor, did not feel safe checking in or staying the night. Roach made it into my room lowkey but could’ve just been weather bringing bugs out. Room got cleaned pretty quickly when I left for day so that was nice. Staff was not very helpful but nice.

The location itself is great for anyone wanting to visit the base. The facility is literally falling apart, the outlets didn't work except for 2 of them, the shower leaked from the ceiling when someone showered upstairs, the pool was empty, and we had to share our room with German cockroaches.

The room itself was also very disappointing. The towels were not clean and had brownish-yellow stains, making it seem like they hadn't been changed properly. The room was missing part of the ceiling, and I saw several roaches during my stay. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous, but unfortunately, the condition of the hotel did not meet my expectations. I hope these issues are addressed so future guests have a better experience.

They didn't let me in when I already I was pride with Expedia and I already have all the necessary my id my reservation number , confirmation everything they just don't want my family there I call all the support and after 40 minutes waiting for my room they don't recognize my reservation so I have to pay another hotel room at the nigh in a unknown place just waiting for my refund . In the end they said that the hotel change the name that's why the reason but I already was there with all paid !! Horrible experience!! Don't go there ?!

Never got to check In they kept my money and wanted $100 deposit for their disgusting motel

What was expected was satisfying: housekeeping, and maid service. Disappointed there was no hot water at the sink. The swimming pool was not kept up and the ground were in need of service.
