Studio 6 San Antonio, Tx - Northwest Medical Center

I have been to other motel 6 and none have been as clean as this hotel. The room is bigger and cleaner, staff was wonderful

The motel wasn’t bad. My friend and I only stayed for a weekend but it’s just like any other motel good enough to lay our heads down and that’s it.

Cons: motel is safe but neighborhood is not that good a few homeless and a few suspicious characters walking the streets. Buts it's a busy business medical school working class area.

Very impressed with the value for the cost. Only issues I had were that there was no complimentary shampoo and the WiFi connection was poor. I would definitely stay there again

Cons: bed was a bit hard, I like a little softer beds. Saw a few characters walking the streets around the neighborhood.

Please do not consider staying here. It is beyond filthy! There was questionable stains on the walls and roaches crawling around. We counted our losses and checked out two nights early. Absolutely unacceptable!

Loud at night. Noisy air conditioner, had to change rooms at 1:30 am

Have coffe pot available in the room!

Everything worked in the room and the man at the desk was very helpful. I would go back and I'd recommend this hotel to others. Affordable , clean and just as the advertisement shows.

Location Restroom floor was dirty

The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and microwave. The bed pillows were small, they don't provide extras, and water wasn't very hot for showers. Overall good value for the cost.

HORRIBLE! I travel to San Antonio all the time and I had a change of plans. The property said I could be charged the first night and they would like the daytime manager know to refund me the rest of the trip. I tried multiple times to get a refund and they wouldn’t honor it for a hotels.com platinum customer. They should de list this property ASAP. This isn’t over either. I have over half million followers on my travel social media and I’m about to put them on blast for sure! I suggest you email me to resolve this ASAP

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and overall a good place to stay. However, there were a couple of issues that affected the experience. Early in the morning, there were very noisy people outside, making it difficult to sleep. The biggest issue was the air conditioner—it leaked a significant amount of water whenever it was set to cooling mode, to the point that it partially flooded the room. other than that, good place.

Restroom door wouldn’t close. There was bugs in the shower. Stains on the mattress. Over terrible room and experience when I brought all this up the the person at the front desk.

Rooms was not cleaned. Pool was dirty. Just a bad experience all around
