STAFF WAS REALLY NICE

it advertises buffet breakfast but only had cold cereal and scrambled eggs they had to reprogram my card key twice there back door where are room was was not working so had to walk around the whole building just to get in

Room was pretty hot room was a bit dirty

Needed a room for one night and this hotel fit that bill. The housekeeping wasn't great but the staff was polite and helpful. Probably won't stay here again but the price was right for an emergency trip out of town.

They canceled my reservation

It was right in front of the highway across the airport. So it was very easy to get around. Staff was very friendly and polite. Room was clean $100 deposit yet the fridge was not working, some lamps were not working, the plug in to connect my charger were loose, the restroom fan was not working and it took a minute to get the door closed because it would not close and lock.

Staff was ok. Not the happy, welcoming kind. Improvement needed in cleaning

Staff were nice and helpful rooms were clean.

Microwave didn't work , fridge didn't work

The room was hot on arrival , the air was completely off , took a while to cool

Very disappointing stay. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised. The pictures are misleading. The property is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, especially in the hallways. The hallway carpets were stained, worn, and felt filthy. Our room was dirty when we arrived, and several amenities were broken, making our stay even more frustrating. The rooms are outdated and in need of major renovations. For the price, this hotel did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay.

Me and the family booked a double queen room. The room was clean and cozy! I never made it on time for breakfast unfortunately, but the staff was always super helpful during the stay! It is getting some renovations currently so had some construction meterials lying around but didn't affect the stay!

Rude reception Smelled horrible and was hot

Considering the price, it offers great value. The only thing is that the local highway system is a bit odd; sometimes you have to take a long detour.

No waffles water wasn't very hot

The beds were comfy. That's about it. The room didn't meet my standards to proper cleaning. On top of that I saw a couple of cockroaches. There was a door connected to another room that only had a lock. I did not feel safe at all staying there. The door to enter through the back was not properly locked. Anybody could walk in. Plus the hallway floors were very dirty.

There was cockroaches, breakfast was terrible, I got the room since it said buffet and there was only toast and oats.

They had a room available after we were denied booking where we originally booked. Check-in was very fast and smooth. Breakfast was awesome. Everybody was so helpful. Very small breakfast buffet
