We have increased frequency of cleaning for all communal and staff areas; and ensure use of facemasks and gloves whilst cleaning. Additional Hand Sanitizer stations are situated in communal areas. All team members are trained to ensure the health and safety of both our staff and guests. This includes COSHH training to ensure the correct use of all cleaning products. All of our cleaning products are now ECOLAB certified - the global leaders in water hygiene and energy technology.

Fantastic rooms, while it is self service checking most of the time the location is spot on for any down town events. You will have to take a short walk to a parking garage with a small fee that will charge every time you leave BUT I have confirmed that soon in th very close future a partnership with a closer garage will be in the works. Other than that. You put your code to enter and same as room so easy. 5/5

Parking garage was just across the street. Very convenient. Room had everything we needed, from dishes to shampoo and conditioner.

The room serivce was great,clean and close to everthing in the downtown area, but the parking is terrible.

The place was nice but no amenities. Also they put us in the wrong room in the beginning but then redeemed themselves by up grading us to a one bedroom with no extra charge. The one bedroom was perfect and overall good stay but will be much better once the amenities are finished.

Reasonably priced, clean, quiet, nearby parking garage and many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Only complaints is virtually no amenities pool, fitness center, or snack bar. Overall, I would most likely stay again.

Loved my stay at my first apartment hotel. Love the property and company. Hoping they will expand into Dallas and Houston Texas area. That would be phenomenal!

Just like other reviews, if you are a light sleeper this is a tough stay. Windows are not tight or sealed. You can hear all conversations walking by and all traffic. The wind is whistling through the leaky windows fulltime. HVAC very loud in primary bedroom. No dresser in primary. No full length mirror in unit. Good things to know for your stay in premium 2BR 2BA unit. Thank you.

The property was well kept and in a central location, close to various restaurants and shops. The only con was there was a lot of construction right by the property and at times it was a bit noisy from the construction and street noises. I like that I get an apartment with all the kitchen amenities and it was very comfortable.
