Nothing Staff was particularly unfriendly and unprofessional (not wearing a uniform but instead dirty t-shirt with beach shorts). The breakfast was poor in choice. Our room was in the first flor with a lot of noice from the hotel because of a conference running at the hotel until late in the night. Our window's blankets were stuck and we had to ask for some help from the hotel. It took almost half hour to a guy from the hotel to try to take them down. He kept saying "it's just a question of oil" but seing how long it took to him to get that down, it was clear that it was stuck for months and they didn't do anything about it! I was expecting something nice but instead it was awful. I will never go back there again. And I don't recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was just what I wanted in the morning. Staff was available to make your coffee and help you if you needed anything. The location is great, it is between town and the Ocean walk. Nothing

Very good location just in the center of San Benedetto del Trento. Big clean room. The hotel needs a general refurbishment to fully utilize the full potential of the building. Does not live up to the four star rating. The breakfast offering is very poor even to Italian standards and the breakfast is served in a dark interior room. Why not have breakfast on the nice terrace?

Nice rooms in a classic hotel right in the middle of town over looking a lovely fountain ,Staff very helpful ,Good value for money Wifi was a bit slow rooms very a bit crowded with furniture ,Shower cubicle quite small by todays standards
