Minimal breakfast, oklocation No wifi, room not cleaned nor beds made during our 3days stay, and bins not emptied

Central location near train station, shops and cafes. Breakfast included freshly cooked croissants. Language differences made communication difficult, host tried to charge an extra 20 euros (booking.com paperwork solved the problem). Black mould on bathroom tiles needs to be cleaned.
