everything is good and above, except!!! the sound/noise. The highway is just one wall distance. Also you can hear if inconsiderate people from next room making noise.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. The only bummer was no pool and no eggs or bacon or sausage for breakfast. There was a nice parfait. Overall, we were very happy.

We stayed for 3 days and our room was never cleaned even after putting up the sign. Other than that everything else was good.

Parking area was safe, I appreciated the ChargePoint Charge Station available for me to use and charge my car. Breakfast Menu was all good! Our room nice and clean, although on the first floor did not hear foot traffic. Quiet space. Thank you San Bernardino!

The double queens were so clean and the staff was Mya who is amazing and went above and beyond for taking care of me and my family coming from out of town. She explained everything so detailed and also helped me get a early check in and she was just so awsome over the phone , it made everything easier once I got to the hotel in person. We were traveling from different state and definitely felt the southern hospitality.

Breakfast needs to be hot food eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy. Cleaning personal needs to check shampoo and conditioners everyday because mines in my room were empty.

Close to highway. Traffic noise is only complaint.

It was very well located walking distance to restaurants. Staff was very friendly and very helpful, and the housekeeping staff go above and beyond. Super recommend, will be staying there at least once yearly.
