Quality Inn San Bernardino - Loma Linda

Iron board no cloth /top. It’s a horrible one day stay . Yes it’s cheap but to add another $50 would have been better for me staying somewhere else . Will not recommend to anyone. Sorry I’m hoping the place gets fix .

My only complaint was the microwave in my room was broken

To be fair, the bed sheets and linens were clean, and I appreciated that aspect of the stay. However, the condition of the room and lack of maintenance outweighed the positives for me. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel for families traveling through the area or for those looking for a comfortable place to stay while passing through.

Rooms were clean for the most part. Sink however just shot a jet stream of water and didn’t work very well. Exterior of the building looked like it was falling apart. Wooden beams holding up the upper floors have wood rot and look like they could break off at any point. Elevator was very sketchy and doesn’t look like it’s been inspected since building was built. Homeless people on random levels of the building passed out. Should’ve spent more and stayed at the Hilton across the street. Didn’t feel save leaving my car parked out there. Check-in staff was friendly. Check-out staff could not be bothered. Lady was just laying there on the lobby couch on her phone having a grand time and couldn’t care about who came through. Literally just told us to leave key on the front desk. Unprofessional by all means. I don’t recommend this place

When you check in they make you sign an agreement that you wont smoke anywhere on the property. They don't actually walk aroubd to check. People were smoking all over the property. You also have to leave a 50.00 deposit. I paid the deposit in cash and they told me I could pick it up at 10AM. I told them I was going to be checking out early and wouldn't be there at 10AM. The desk concierge told me someone would check the room so I could get my deposit back. When I went to check out the two ladies working at the desk told me I would get my cash at 10AM. I told them that I was leaving and that was money I was using for gas and that I had a long drive ahead of me and that I couldn't wait until 10AM. They gave me some attitude and then finally gave me my cash.

There isn't any breakfast even though it's advertised! Rooms are small and very reminiscent of a motel not a hotel.

This motel was listed as having a hot tub and breakfast on arrival we were told the would be no breakfast due to renovation keep in mind not once during our week stay was there any work to the property and when we ask about the hot hub they said it was broken and there was no plan to fix it most the staff was rude mainly unhelpful there

I really liked the room it was a fair price . The staff was very friendly pool was clean. Unfortunently I had a bad experience with the room next door . There was a couple arguing and banging on the wall at 3 am . I did call service at the front they were very helpful but would definently recommend the hotel manager to place guest 1 room apart I mean it is a pretty big hotel the best thing that can be provided is comfort and quality time for your guest.

The room was clean and looked to be updated from the pics on file. When looking for the actual room there no pics only overall of the facility. The staff was very nice. There was a sign on the Door and it was repeated by staff at check in no breakfast. Before she checked me in all good. A slight disappointment but not a huge deal. Staff was also accommodating when I asked for a first room floor. The issues I had is that room did not have a mini fridge nor did it have a chair in the room. I called the front desk and they said they do not have chairs in the room. I found this very odd.

She was very rude and held our deposit because she said the room had a “slight” smell of smoke even though no one smokes

Everything, bad service, rude workers, we didn’t have a trashcan in our room, and there wasn’t any hot water
