This is a beautiful place. The people are wonderful, and it is pristine.

This place is extraordinary and exceptional! It's inexplicably clean and the loving attention to how it's built is enthralling. There are so many amenities such as coffee and hot water and tea and good clean water to drink. Unlike other places that I have stayed, this place has great, hot water and Wi-Fi. The bathrooms and the facilities are super clean and there's lots of light everywhere. And there's lots of places to sit comfortably when you don't wanna be at Café somewhere. The staff was kind and the owner is a gem. I'm traveling out of warm places, and San Cristobal itself kind of shocked me with its temperatures. It might be impossibly expensive to totally heat a spacious place like this, but it runs a little bit cool. I was happy for the sheets and thick fuzzy blankets.

The family who ran the place was so friendly. The place is super quiet and clean.

We loved it! Super clean, close to the center, hot water 24/7, fully equipped kitchen, great internet, excellent service and staff attention – 10 out of 10. We immediately felt at home. There's always coffee, tea, and cookies in the kitchen, and they let us check in early and check out a bit later. They even have ping pong! A wonderful place you'd want to come back to. Special thanks to the staff for their care and attention. 10/10

Everything was clean and tidy, the room very comfortable and spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at this hostel. Jose was so helpful, allowed my to checkin early and checkout late. I extended my stay one more night just because of how good i felt. The facilities are also amazing. I would definetely come back again!

Location, ambiance, price

nicely decorated building, clean, use of kitchen, located near center, quiet, helpful owner, did bookings of tours and airport transfer for me. The cultural tour is recommendable. internet only in the yard

This is absolutely the best hostel I have ever stayed in so far :) The place is so clean, comfy beds and the design of the house is just stunning. Always hot water, top clean bathrooms and shower. Wifi is really great!!! Wonderful connection. A great thing is you get a free coffee, tea, water, towel and you can make a laundry here as well. Edgard and Jose, who works here, they are amazing people. So helpful, always ready to give you an advice or recommendation. If you stay in San Cristobal, you definitely need to book this place ✨✨✨ EVERYTHING WAS JIST WONDERFUL

I don’t rate a lot of hotel, this one deserve the best rate: everything was very clean, the bed new, and the owner very interesting and nice ! I hope every hotel would be equal
