Hotel Catedral

The unique character, very authentic old Spanish style Many of the hardware items did not work or were very old, like taps, lights, electrical outlets,

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, very clean, nice covered pool. Lots of hot water. No natural light or outside windows, no in-room safe, and matress sagged.

It had an indoor pool. Small electric heater didn't work. The indoor pool was poorly maintained. Algae on sides of pool. There were 2 chairs in the natatorium.

Location was great. Only bad thing we experienced was staying in the first floor and when it was late at night the staff would talk like one does and unfortunately they would talk loud enough where it echoes throughout the whole lobby and into the bedrooms. Every time the phone would ring, we can hear that too.

King bed was super comfy, great location and TV worked We thought the patio and balcony were going to be outside but it was actually the inside part of the hotel We did not use the pool as it looked dated

The location was absolutely amazing, the parking 3was included and very safe. the interior of the hotel was beautiful and the room were very week appointed. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again myself. Bonus was the indoor heated p0ol which was so relaxing after a long day of walking around the city. The soap dispenser in the shower only one worked.

Great location, close to everything in San Cristóbal Swimming pool was out of service and we didn’t get to use it at all during our stay

The hotel looks very pretty, even though the bathroom looks like it is old, it was still nice. In our room the shower was included in a bath tub. The beds where very comfortable. They had a little heater and very soft and thick blackets, since it can get very cold in San Cristobal. The hotel has an elevator. No ventilador or aircondition, but the way the hotel is built it doesnt heat up. So that wasnt a problem for us.

The attention of the workers and the day that I checked out I could leave the car in the parking lot hotel for the whole day until I left in the evening.

location, central courtyard, beds it was a bit tired, the bathrooms need work, the shower was poor. its a bit dark but not much they can do about that. having a pool was nice but again this needs money spending. i know there has been a pandemic but this hotel has a superb location and just needs a refresh
