The nicest dorm I've ever been in, cozy, comfy, clean, silent. The whole place has a beautiful vibe. People were super nice. The location does not get any better than this. It is a bit hippyish, if you're not up for that match your expectations -- I'm rating the vibe and overall experience, not necessarily all infrastructure. I didn't get any free massages. (I did get some free food, and a beer).

The place is really great! If you’re looking to have a chill place to meet people and to go out ! There is a beautiful view of the main cathedral from the chilling balcony’s. There is a really good wifi and a good kitchen if you’re looking to cook. The staff is super great and helpful with everything, and you can book cool trips from here. We came for one night and stayed for another week!

The staff and the vibe there were great! Also the location is the best and the internet is great(like 50mb). Loved my time there and would definitely will go back there Everything was great

The guy running the place was very helpful, friendly and cool guy. The dorms were more spacious than some other places. The location is good with a view over a central plaza. The facilities are pretty dated and scruffy but a good amount of space. Pretty much all the guests are socialising in Hebrew so if you are looking to meet fellow travellers i would only recommend this place if you speak it too.

The location is perfect, the balcony and the view is super nice. The travels they offer are pretty good (but more expensive than any other travel agency around) There was no one at the reception most of the days, the entrance floor was under construction, and there was no atmosphere at all. Breakfast was just 'take whatever you want from the things we have here' which was not much. No one maintain it through the day, so at the evenings there are no drinking water and the common area gets very dirty.

I was only at the hostel a few hours. Reception was very kind and had breakfast items available for me an hour earlier as I had to be gone by 8am. I was able to make myself hard boiled eggs for the road which were a life saver as my trip to Guatemala took 15 hours! My stay was very short, but between 3 bathrooms, non had any TP

The amazing location together with the two sunroof balconies watching at the Zucalo (center square), the kind stuff and the cozy sitting areas, fireplaces and best wifi made our staying in the Chiapas a great experience. Thank you!
