Fantastic location & atmosphere! The staff was so nice and welcoming. The room and facilities was great Amazing value for money:)

We liked it so much that we returned to stay another night after a staying a couple nights in Palenque.

The vibe, the location, the cleanliness, the hot showers, the kitchen, the shared indoor spaces, the shared outdoor spaces, and the staff The double bed in private room #4, definitely needs a new mattress…..can feel all of the boxsprings.

Good location, great staff, popular place, awesome design of gardens and rooftop area, great for coworking, love the WhatsApp group info idea. Very noisy, not enough bathrooms, excursions are cheaper in high street then via hostel.

Staff was nice. Location was decent. Filthy shared bathroom with pubic hair on floor. Bedding smelled. Room was adjacent to the smoking patio and thus had the smell of stale cigarettes.

the hostel has large place to take a rest wifi was good only two toilets for everyone no smoking rule wasn’t be followed, someone was smoking at the lobby which was annoying the breakfast was simple and same for every morning simple utensils and small area for shared kitchen

Well decorated with spacious common area Room is learn, and there are bed curtains in the dorm the staff are friendly and helpful 1. There was no hot shower. The weather was cold, but the water was not hot when took the shower 2. It would be better that the hostel offers oil in the kitchen. 3. The breakfast, honestly, was terrible…the cereal was cold, the eggs were cold…they made the breakfast the night before…And it was cold in the morning, I saw some guests use microwave to heat it. Seriously, boiling eggs and making cereal doesn’t take a long time

I really enjoyed the location. The working area is outside… when you have to start in the morning it’s very cold. It’s also not very clean.

It’s a great hostel, community driven, and welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone coming to San Cristobal!

The breakfast was decent basic boiled eggs, toast, oatmeal and fruit. The hostel was really social and I also found peace and quiet when I needed to get my work done. The staff volunteers were very kind and helpful. I felt safe in this hostel. Being a smoker I would have appreciated a more sheltered smoking area considering how it rains nearly all day every day. But thats pretty minor and manageable circumstance.

the hostel organise activity every evening (even yoga at 8 am) for free It helps with the bonding of the other people breakfast are nice, and diverse, they really put some effort into that.

- Free drinking water for refilling - Wifi - Seating area very good for chilling and working - Kitchen (even your own things are not taken by others) - Finally available (but could be more secure) - Curtain on the bed - very cheap - Location very good - Free breakfast (even if it is very basic) - good vibe in the accommodation - Deposit required - there could be a bit more bathrooms available - I would have preferred a "real" comforter to the blanket
