It was convenient having easy access to water and kitchen facilities. Location was near enough to city center. Room was stuffy and had no fans and little air circulation.

The owner has been so nice, he gave us a bigger room for the same price! We truly appreciated it! The room was also very clean and cozy. The water wasn’t hot and in the room was also very cold.

Nothing No AC, it was super cold No cups (I wanted to make myself tea, that I bought outside) so I had to go to a bar and buy a cup. No hot water for the tea. I had to get special approval from the manager to get the cabel for the hot water. He then unplugged it after I filed my cup.

Great price/value ratio. Location is off city centre, but not too far. There was pretty cold in the room. Obviously no heating was available. But there was warm blanket available in the room. So no major issue.

I am very limited in speaking Spanish, but when the clerk and I communicated, I was treated with kindness and respect. He even apologized for not knowing English! I liked everything!

The room was pretty and well decorated, the hotel is very quiet and there was warm water The location is a bit farther (nothing crazy, about 10 min walk to the center) It was very very cold in the room, we had to ask for another cover to sleep. The rooms do not get sunlight and there is no heating system, that made it less confortable

Good value, nice room, comfy bed, everything you need for a good price. Woke up from the noise of the owner cleaning the garden pretty early. Also was a bit cold at night, should have asked another blanket - maybe they do give.
