Best Western Seven Seas

The grounds were very beautiful. The rooms were very outdated. Our bathroom had mold on the shower tiles and along the toilet. The room we had didn’t have a microwave in it and just a small refrigerator. Our door lock was difficult to turn we had to put a lot of pressure to turn it.

Staff was very helpful.

Beautiful exterior scenery. Clean with huge closet space.

Overall a decent place. Only ended up having breakfast at the restaurant once, but it was good and easy to just charge to the room. Even though our room was right off the stairs it was still remarkably quiet. Appreciated having EV chargers onsite, even though Tesla network isn't the cheapest. Biggest drawback is the bed was HARD. I was in town for a competition and it was not easy to get comfortable to actually rest.

Very old. Very loud. Every time AC came on it smelled sour and musty

I did not get in the hot tub but the breakfast was good

We stayed one night and everything was great. Bed was a little uncomfortable but nothing terrible. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

Dishonest staff stated there were elevators. No elevators for seniors. Had to take stairs with a cane. No sprinklers in room, no microwave, no grab bars in shower.

If you’re a men staying solo they’ll put you at far end rooms in the 400s number. Those rooms are the worst. Can’t believe best western is lending their brand name to such hotels.

Staff was great.The bed had blood stain and restroom made noise at all times.We didn’t see the stain until we were about to go to bed I didn’t want to report because it was late.I will stay again here because I felt safe and for one night it was ok!

Facilities were clean, beds were okay. Good value for the price.

The property was beautiful. The room was not. The bathroom was disgusting. There was head and pubic hair in the shower. No bags in the trash cans. Did not refill the coffee. There was 1 outside trash can for the entire building. 1 ice machine between the 2 buildings.

Room was clean and spacious. Onsite Resturant was very good and had separate bar in another area of main building. In major hotel area in north end of the city. Plenty of restaurants and shops in area. Pool was heated and was being used by many guests. Free parking.

My stay at Best Western Seven Seas in San Diego was average overall. The location is a big plus, as it is close to major attractions like SeaWorld, but there is definitely room for improvement. The room felt congested, the pillows were not very comfortable, and the bathroom door was not locking properly, which was concerning. With some attention to these issues, the guest experience could be much better

We stayed 2 nights, room is fine, it is not as wonderful as some new Best Western hotels. I will stay again if I need.

Maybe have an option for free breakfast.

the cafe was good, the room was taken care of, but the hot water mixing valve on the shower had a hard time keeping the water at a consitent temprature.

Hotel was dated, ok but could use some TLC.
