Lots of activities & great music playing
-
Very festive environment. You feel like you’re on a tropical vacation. The resort is nicely designed and has tons of outdoor lounging available and music playing to enjoy the ambiance.

Mal olor en la habitación,olía a orine ,el bańo con muchas imperfecciones,no había presión de agua en la ducha,ni agua caliente,el bańo sin remodelar, bastante viejo ,lo único el aire acondicionado muy frío,algo positivo

Great hotel. Pool overrun by kids movies on the weekend and no hot tub at the adult only pool is my biggest complaint.
-
Would have been a 5 Star stay without the issue. Staff was super responsive and attentive. Do see ourselves staying here again down the line, hopefully without the water leak and puddle in the room.
-
Pools where cloudy dirty filled with 1000 little kids bar was overpriced not a single soda machine or mini fridge nothing
-
Great, but definitely a place for kids and families. Make sure that is what you are looking for.

Clean room, responsive staff. Good hotel bar and restaurant. Parking was difficult to find near our room.

We really wanted to give this 4/5 or even 5/5. There were so many things to love. Easy check-in. Big rooms. Cute balcony. Beautiful renovated 'hipster' resort grounds. Dog-friendly. However, the walls are incredibly thin, and this resort for loud families! Our next-door neighbors' kids were screaming and then watching TV loudly until 2 a.m. We even had to call the front desk it was so disruptive. Additionally, the pool area was out of control!! Both pool areas were packed both days! Not lively PACKED. Kids were screaming and running around. Most times, it was impossible to find a lounge chair, never mind get in the pool. The restaurant attached to the pool had the worst ceviche I've ever had. They charge 40$ a day for amenities ie) to use the pool. If you can't enjoy it, what is the point? If you want to stay at a relaxing resort, this looks the part, but isn't it! If you have a large family and want to watch your kids and other kids run while you drink cocktails all day, this is for you.

Very nice but old building needs update.
-
The main restaurant was closed The pool restaurant was closed Staff were helpful but the description of the hotel website is not accurate.
-
Please do a deep clean to bathroom , but overall staff was great and pool was amazing as well

Parking WAS AWFUL!! No where to park and the parking garage was almost a mile ! Walking to my room with bags was INSANE! Room was humid and hot, outside felt better! To charge for parking and not have close parking is just greedy! Zero vending machines for water so you have to walk another mile for water! Way too expensive!

The hotel all in all is great. Love the vibes. My only comment is that the bungalow rooms need to be upgraded.
