Staff were rude; the hotel was full, couldn't do anything, not even enjoy the fire pit, and there were a lot of missing ingredients, and the menu was not accurate. It was a terrible stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However the rooms didn't look as nice as the pictures showed. There were also some fees that weren't disclosed on the Expedia website. Like the $200 deposit, or the $38 per night parking fees or the $30 per day cleaning fee. Also there were roaches in the room. Overall the facility was really nice, lots of nice amenities, but the rooms were average at best. There was also some confusion on parking. They said the parking was included with the $38 per day charge, but didn't explain how to use the room key to get in and out of the garage. So I ended up paying $25 out of pocket and when I figured out the room key was how to get in and out. Then my key wasn't activated to use for the parking garage. I asked the staff about it and they fixed it and said they would refund me the $25 I had to pay, since my room key wasn't activated for the parking garage.

There is no question that the property itself was nothing but amazing and the staff. The room was a little disappointing. When we arrived the trash cans didn’t have liners in them, thermostat didn’t allow you to set below 72 which was uncomfortable, the hangers in the closet area mentioned robes but they were missing as well.

Mind you they had one guy on staff pulling bags so they wanted me to wait for 15 minutes until he finished instead of helping myself. I think I paid almost 400 a night for the room. I got a lower level room and the walls were ridiculously thin! I could hear everything in the next room. Lastly the bathrooms are not updated. The tub was very old and the tiles was regrouted so many times the grout was messy looking. Not impressed. The only saving grace was that it was a walking distance from the mall.

Gym was nice and large. Restaurant bars was convenient

The rooms were clean and had good amenities. The grounds were well maintained and there were several restaurants on site. We had a wonderful time.

It took over an hour to check in, nothing broken, just an inefficient system with less than attentive staff. Will not be returning.

90 minutes just to check in on a non holiday weekend…

This was a surprisingly adorable location. I didn't delve too deep into the pictures when I made the reservation, this has a quint 50s vibe going on. The grounds were immaculate, staff was very friendly. We had a small issue with the bathroom but it was rectified as soon as it was mentioned to the front desk. The coffee shop can get a little busy in the mornings and there are no vending machines available, other than that there are zero complaints!

Resort fee should it be charged for customers who don’t use it

Housekeeping staff was amazing room was spotless. Every person we ran into was friendly and helpful.

When we arrived at our room, the door was stiff and difficult to open, requiring considerable force to close properly. Afterward, my kids checked the bathroom and found trash in the bin. I called the front desk, but they told me they couldn't help since it was full. I felt pretty disappointed, especially since I had high expectations for this hotel. I believed it would be a great experience, but I ended up quite let down. The room wasn't as comfortable as I anticipated, and I even noticed it was somewhat dirty. Overall, it just wasn't our day. I don't remember exactly which part of the hotel our room was in, but I understand mishaps happen. I might give it another try in a different section of the hotel to see if there’s a difference. But overall, that day was simply disappointing for us.

Very nice location! Lots of amenities for kids and family friendly with multiple pools (water slide) and kids activities throughout the day with a couple restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream, etc. very fun time!

Our room was lovely. Some of the staff did not know where the rooms were located. And a 12 o'clock check out is now appropriate.

Kelly, the bartender at Arlo bar, was absolutely amazing. It was very understaffed she was just a bartender, and she turned into our waitress truly appreciate Kelly. Mike at the monkey bar was very attentive kind and took great care of us. Appreciate him.

Great beautiful hotel super kid and family friendly and the slide and pool super cool! The check in time was long but I think the World Cup and Father's Day weekend hope it's not this Long every time took us 1.5 hours to check in!
