Included breakfast is coffee and a nuti-grain bar👎 one of our least favorite stays at a hotel so far...

Jill at check-in was amazing. The room was fine for an overnight stay, but it definitely needs some TLC.

Room was mostly clean, some dirt still on floor. Part of sheets were ripped

The staff were very very welcoming and helpful! I enjoyed how clean the environment was as well. The parking was helpful as well. When showering there was no in between , there was only super hot water or cold water.

The check in lady Jill was great Needs to be revamped. The kitchenette had burn stains in the linoleum counters

This hotel is the worst place to stay. The images on the website are outdated and not representative of the current state of the hotel. The elevators creak, the shower is broken, and the towels smell bad. It’s a sketchy place to stay at night. I really regret making this reservation. Expedia should remove this from their parters hotels list.

NOTHING AT ALL. TERRIBLE HOTEL The hotel is outdated and tub and faucet have mold on it. The oven is rusted and found bugs in the toilet. They charged me higher price but hotel is nothing or worse than motel. The front desk person had attitude and when requested to check the lights, he just said he would send people but seemed he was the only person at the hotel reception. I told him about the mold issue on the faucet and he just took picture and said we would see what can he do and left. Also lobby had weed smell at night and bed sheets were not washed. AVOID this hotel please.

Nothing MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED!!!! Talk about horrrrrrible customer service. Having to sleep in the car with TWO babies because when I got to the reception to check in after a long day of traveling with kids and to top it off a crash so what was a 15 min drive to the hotel turned into 1 hour, the receptionist was not there. A couple comes out the elevator to wish me luck on reaching someone that they have tried for the past 20-30 min. When i called from the phone that is in between the doors someone finally comes out to help me at 12:31 am just to tell me i was marked as a No Show, and at 12:34 am she tells me she can look to see if there is a room available for me. She proceeds to say if you dont check in by 12:30 you are automatically cancelled and marked no show by the system. Like hellooo, i was in the lobby WAITING for someone to help. Then she looks up at me and says sorry there is no more rooms available…. So you mean to tell me, because I waited for you to come out my room was cancelled, yet on the app it showed as confirmed…. And there is no rooms available???? How is it that in 1-4 min it was booked? Or is it that you just decided to cancel my booking due to over booking your hotel? That is insane to me. NEVER have i ever had this happen to me before. I have stayed at an extended hotel before and checked in later than 12:30 ( due to being in a theme park) and at other hotels and have checked in later than and never has my room been cancelled! It is insaneee! I booked for a reason. I am not about to stop my visit half way just to drive up to the hotel at check in just to make sure it does not get cancelled. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT THIS OR ANY EXTENDED STAY HOTEL ! The most horrifying experience every with a 4 year old and a 5 month old! Had to go hotel to hotel and everything was booked. This is exactly why rooms are booked with time. Its crazy you decide if a person needs the room or not. Its paid for. Best believe this is going to escalate.

Ok for the price.

The property was what I expected for the price. It's very outdated but kept clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. My only complaint was that the room obviously had a prior smoker(s), even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. You just can't hide that odor. There was plenty of available parking spots BUT a construction crew was there and their huge 6-8 wheel work trucks took up half those spots.

Staff were nice. Maintenance was not very good.

The person who checked us in was pleasant in her last night before moving to corporate. The gentleman who covered the desk the next night wasn't pleasant at all.

Check in at 3, no early check in, arrived at 3. One young man at the desk with four guests surrounding the desk with their reservation pages out and on their third party line to prove they had reservations, all while the hotel attendant said they were not listed and couldn’t check them in. They had been waiting for an hour before I arrived and were still waiting, and my party and I couldn’t get checked in. Then the attendant disappears somewhere and left everyone waiting in the front. By then it was 3:45, and I along with 11 other people in my party still needed to be checked in for our rooms because we had to get ready for a wedding to attend at 4:30! We ended up asking a hotel employee that walked by if we could at least borrow a room to get dressed in because we were going to be late. Half my party got dressed in their break lounge, others in the lobby bathroom and myself and my family had to get dressed in the car outside the hotel. It was a mess. We left not knowing if we had a room or not, it wasn’t until 3 hours later we were able to call and confirm we still had a reservation there. No apology from the staff, no type of compensation, complete indifference. Same treatment once we arrived again to check in that night. Our room still had someone else’s trash in the bathroom and their body wash in the shower; they didn’t even bother to clean our room. Was woken up at 8am by hotel staff to retrieve the body wash too! Terrible experience. Do not Recommend

As they say, never judge a book by its cover! Words could not described the stay. This place should be condemned! Staff I am going to give 1000% for their friendliness, understanding and professionalism. Shame on the hotel chain for allowing this location to remain open for business!
