The premises offered no face cloths in the bathrooms. Hand towels and bath towels? Yes. Face cloths? No. Parking is acutely limited. Not only was I fortunate to find a space to park on property but I didn't need use of my car for the stay. Had I, there was a good chance I would've spent quite a lot of time hunting for on-street parking. On the upside, this property is within easy walking distance of plenty of Little Italy restaurants.

Location was probably the best thing about this facility. It’s very outdated and needs a good deep cleaning. Staff was great though, very accommodating.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The room isn’t big, but it’s clean. The location is great. Would definitely stay again!

The parking was horrible not enough for the amount of rooms, you’re screwed if you have a bigger truck. There was a cockroach in our room. The elevator only fits 2 people with luggage. Smallest one I’ve ever seen. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work. The AC was good. Never staying here again

The location is amazing, right by the water and walking distance to pretty much all of downtown. The room itself was pretty clean but the hotel itself was super run down - tiny elevator, they werent running ac in the hall ways so it was pretty stuffy. The checkin staff was friendly and helpful but one of the cleaning ladies upon check out was pretty aggressive with us still being in the room 2 minutes past our check out time. Overall you kind of get what you pay for here, cheap in price so dont expect much.

Staff is friendly and helpfull

Great location and wonderful, friendly staff! The only area for improvement is the room cleanliness. It could use a more thorough cleaning, as there are several places that look like they are missed during regular housekeeping. Overall, a good experience, but deep cleaning needs more attention

It's very clean in room and bathroom. It's great service for parking and excellent air conditioning.

We booked three romms and one was not ready but tey gave us the ket anyway. So we requested to switch. The front door was always open allowing strangers to go in and out as they please. The Internet connection is not stable. I prepaid the rooms and I still got charged $100 for security with no refunds yet. The front staff is minimally helpful and will NOT go out of their way to assist travelers. Parking is available but gets full really easy. Only positive is that is walking distance to San Diego waterfront, airport, little italy restaurants, and other amenities.
