Helpful staff

The hotel is in a convenient location. My kids love old town, so they enjoy the short walk and great entertainment nearby. Rooms are always clean and I don't have issues for the past 5 years of staying here.

Old Hotel, elevators make weird noises, room smelled bad. Not a bad choice for a budget one night stay, look elsewhere for more than one night.

Nice lobby, good pool, proximity was great. Food was great! Love the restaurant area. Fix the hot tub and you will go from an A to an A+

We were put in a room and the door to the bathroom didn’t really work and the coffee pot was broken. I feel for iron the rooms could be in better condition.

I love the entire property and the esthetic of the old Spanish style feel of the hotel with a modern twist. Nothing, we loved everything

We enjoyed our stay. The biggest problem was the noisy A/C unit in the room. The restaurant was good, a little pricey, and the parking fee was high, but I guess this is California

Great location! So close to Old Town and not too far from the beaches. Food was decent, most of the service was good. The Engineer helped us out one evening, thankful for him!
