Practical, down to earth hotel in location I needed. Nothing material.

Everything was well no issues.

Clean rooms, accesible parking and great staff

The only thing I didn't care for. The key cards keep deactivating, I kept it away from my phone and out of my wallet. It happened multiple times through my stay. Everything else was good.

Near from any place. Enough parking lot. So much noise.

Nothing. It was not what the photos experienced. If I would have known how bad this place i would have a 100 bucks more to stay at the Hilton or the Marriott. This place reminded me of a motel 6. The customer service was horrible from the moment I checked in. The representative seemed like she didnt like her job. I asked for a non smoke free room. Instead they came into the room and sprayed a spray to get rid of the smoke smell instead of giving me a new room. Also the doors in the room were hard to open and i almost got stuck in the restroom because the door does not function correctly.

I'll make it fast from start to finish: Lobby stunk, receptionist was joyless, couldn't open door, walked into a small water puddle, room STUNK, bathroom had rust and door was warped, the walls are paper thin (so the room next to you can literally hear everything you say) and finally checked-out with the same joyless receptionist! Won't go back nor recommend to anyone!!!

As soon as I walked into the lobby I smelled old dirty moldy towels, which immediately left a bad taste in my mouth. The young lady checking me in was not friendly at all, she looked unhappy to be there. As soon as tried the key it wouldn't open the door, after several attempts I got it opened and the first thing I see in front of the door was a small water puddle. The room stunk worse then the lobby. The bathroom had rust and warping along the doors. Then when the guests came next to our room we could hear word for word what they were saying because the walls were paper thin. So I got no sleep! Then I when I checked-out I had the misfortune of checking-out with the same unhappy lady! I will not go back to this location nor will I recommending it to anyone!!!

The bed was comfortable. Centrally located to all areas we wanted to visit. Shower leaked. Dresser was unusable- there were no drawer handles. Microwave was usable, but sat on a broken shelf. Pool was not cleaned.

Was basic room Didn't have good breakfast like they posted, no yogurt or pastries or muffins just cold cereal n waffles

Location The property was very dirty needs a lot of maintenance. The staff was also not the greatest. I had to call four times just to get some towels to shower. I would definitely not recommend this hotel or come back to it a total disappointment.

I would recommend planning your arrival accordingly, especially if you’re accustomed to hotels being able to hold luggage or accommodate an early check-in.
