Ramada by Wyndham San Diego Airport

Exceptional

Location is great. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast. Basic foods like pastries, fruit , yogurt. Room was not to a standard expected from a Wyndham property and price point.

Bathroom was very small with small vanity area needed a little more space … maybe put a mirror up above the desk it would have been very helpful 😊 Air conditioner needed to Not be right next to bed … bed blocked air to entire room maybe put beds on otherside of room .. Room 123 was right next to exit door … people opened and slammed it shut all night every night … maybe at night make it an emergency exit only door only after midnight…🤔

Be aware that if you are given a room facing Rosecrans St. you will have a sleepless night from the unbelievable constant car noise! The windows do not block any of the car noise!

The lobby looked cool, but the rooms themselves were not. The room floor was sticky, and the air conditioner or heater had a strong smell when turned on. It wasn’t a great experience. The breakfast was standard, consisting of pancakes, bread, and packaged grab-and-go items. Juices and coffee were available.

The room and hotel appeared clean. I did not need more as I was not spending extended time in the hotel. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was simple but just enough to get going, and the free parking was great. The best thing about this was the amazing, high water pressure shower and location next to whale watching tours. The cons include: the bed is so soft I did not sleep well and woke up sore, the AC fluctuates so hot 1 min and freezing the next and there were no extra blankets, and the room seems to have the same landlord special as my college apt.

The balcony view was nice of the harbor, bed was comfortable The hotel was nothing like the pictures displayed on the add to book very disappointing, the elevator was so tiny and run down the free breakfast here was horrible only yogurt hard boiled eggs a waffle maker and some packet pastries so disappointing,for the price of this booking I was very disappointed I will not be returning here.

Decent air conditioner. Relatively comfortable bed. Close to the airport Bathroom was a bit dated and felt dirty. Shower head low pressure.

Not much The shower above would leak into our bathroom and water would be all over the place. There was a homeless guy passed out in the bathroom which meaning easy access for them to enter and unsafe for a family environment

Staff was excellent. Property and room were severely lacking. Stains on bedding and towels. Horrid bright blue lighting in the bathroom. Definitely overpriced for what we got. I would not recommend or stay here again.

Very convenient for fishing out of Point Loma

The staff really are the hidden gems of this modest hotel. They adjust breakfast hours, hold mail, and will do anything to make your stay better. The hotel is old, there are flies if you leave your window open, and the cable is iffy. But the staff gets five stars.

Nothing. Unclean, smell like dog pee and old musty carpets. Bed bugs in one of the beds. Didn’t check the other bed. One bed bug bed was enough. See above.

Pretty quiet location and friendly staff The room was not very clean and smelled of mold. The room was very outdated and not well upkept.

Only complaint is the noisy bathroom fan! Yikes!

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Some of the lights did not work. A little noisy because I was close to the pool.

Breakfast and location In my opinion, it was a little dated. Maybe could use more up to date accommodations like new beds, linen, etc.

Location was good for what I needed Property is rather old. I was put on the 1st floor which I am not a fan of.
