IKO Bordeaux Appartements

The room was clean , very satisfactory in terms of usability , and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable . Close to bus stations , but not to tram. I did not like the neighbourhood very much . There are not very many restaurants , cafes in walking distance. It was very hot so I had to take a bus to have dinner , breakfast etc.

Todo nos gustó! Limpio muy amplio con todo lo que necesitas para una excelente estadía, es lejos del centro pero puedes ir en Uber en 15 minutos o en transporte público en 23. Cuenta con parqueadero.

Great value

The apartment was close to bus stops that went to all parts of Bordeaux. We got our transit passes from the "TABAC" store about 3 blocks from the apartment on Pres. Wildon Blvd. No need to go to a station. The apartment was close to one grocery store (3 blocks and not too far to another one about 5 blocks). There were also restaurants nearby however the their hours were not always consistant. The apartment was comfortable but the small sofa (sofa bed) was not fully put back together and it sagged. Another comfy chair in the Living Rm would have been appreciated. The information about the apart was done by one of those QR code symbols which we don't particularly like. We would suggest a written booklet about the A/C, TV, appliances, and other important info about the apartment included in a spiral notebook. When we arrived the A/C wasn't working and luckily our son came a few days later and fixed it. The Manager was ill and so he or she wasn't available to explain how things work. The dishwasher didn't properly clean the dishes so we did they by hand. We never did use the TV because the QR code was not clear on how to get stations (English especially). See above to some of the drag backs.

The property was clean and all your needs are provided. However the AC was bit funny. It working but at the same time its not. The coffee machine was leaking as well. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

Location, far from tram

Owners were very helpful when we, Americans, had problems operating ac/heat, elevator... :) All good

Property was spacious and comfortable for 3 of us. Parking was a big plus. Building is well kept and had elevator. Easy instructions for check in.

AC did not work too well. Beds and furnishings were mediocre.

All very modern. Parking is very tight (had to do an Austin Powers) and not necessarily available. Rain shower head leaked from the top. Otherwise very clean nice and comfortable. Would book again.

Very clean unit. No dishwasher. We rented a different unit previously (#6) which was fabulous. very large, and well equipped.. This unit (#8) was smaller and the sofa cushions kept on sliding off the sofa. The shower only contained hand soap which was diluted whereas unit #6 had proper shower gel undiluted. The AC unit in the living room dripped a bit with condensation on the floor. We used a towel under the unit. It stopped dripping after a while The unit is a bit away from city center which we didn't mind as buses were just around the corner.

A wonderful property. We immediately felt comfortable in this very clean and bright apartment. The two bedrooms were en suite with a complete bathroom in each one. There was an issue with the washing machine but they let us use the one in the basement. We also thought we would be able to access Netflix and after two people came by we were told there was a confusion and our apartment was not Netflix accessible. Other than these two issues we like the accommodation so much we booked it again for our one night return to Bordeaux before we fly home.

The mattress was too firm and pillows were uncomfortable. The shower head was acting weird and water wasn't strong.

The cleanliness, a lot of the floors and handles were sticky..so we got a bad vibe since the beginning
