Everything was very good. Did not like that we called the day we left as we left air pods behind and we paid 50 dollars and we literally didn’t get them back until weeks after we were home and the first time they weren’t even ours. Then had to wait again and we had to go to Fedex with your label at least and make a trip to send the other ones back. Such an inconvenience when the hotel could have just sent them to the Californian where we were staying when we left and it should have cost 50 dollars to send something that weighs an ounce just very frustrating. The hotel itself was beautiful but very disappointed in the service regarding this.

Loved our room. Very comfortable. Room could us some maintenance such as pas and clan the wallpaper. Really liked the furniture. All staff were friendly and helpful. The spa massages were the best we have had.

Parking is it ideal but valet is great.

Amazing stay, one of my favorite places to be in SD. The rooms are nice, beds and pillows are comfortable (probably best I've experienced), and the service from the staff is elite.

Great location and a beautiful hotel. Walls on the 4th floor are thin. Could hear people talking walking down the hallways. Can hear the toilet flush next door to the room. Was given a voucher for the bar or coffee counter to cover the resort fee. We don't drink so we chose to get a Frappuccino. They said they didn't have the ability to make them even tho they are on the menu. They also will only honor it for hot coffee. So we ended up giving the vouchers to the first person we saw. Also, leaving on a Sunday, it took us nearly 20 min to get our car from the valet.

Good experience overall - would have been nice if there was a billiards or jacuzzi! But great time overall!

We had an excellent stay here. Suzanne. The concierge helped us set up our entire stay, tickets to the zoo maps to all the places we needed to go and reservations for dinner on our anniversary. All the staff seem happy and they were very helpful and the Bronze Bird restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast.
