We loved this hotel. It had a very New York City kinda vibe with the modern amenities. It was very clean and the staff was the most attentive I’ve ever experienced. They were very generous with an extended check out time. We will definitely be back!

Interesting hotel with an interesting history. It is in a very busy and noisy part of town. It is because of the noise that I would not stay here again.

Staff is friendly always checking in. The music from club near by is very noisy and was hard to sleep

All the check-in and out process was done online, they communicated well through WhatsApp and email, and even checked on us every day in case we needed anything. The room is huge, although having the shower in the room, and restroom with not fully closing door might not be for everyone 😉 If you are looking for easy going place to stay in the middle of downtown, that’s your place!

Parking is not included, which is clearly stated from the beginning. There is a reasonable lot nearby that you can reserve. The area is full of fun late night spots. Overall great experience.

Location was great! Staff was even better! Very helpful and kind. Cleaning services are on request but the staff checks in daily inquiring about any needs. Room was clean and ready on time. This hotel is simple and great place to stay in Gaslamp!

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Always checking to see if anything else was needed for our stay. There was an issue with the elevator and it was taken care of immediately. The room was clean. It’s an older hotel but kept clean. There are plenty of places to eat around the downtown. There is public transportation near by and easy to use.

This hotel is in the heart of the gas lamp district and makes it very easy to walk throughout the city to lots of restaurants, shops and amenities. The staff was extremely personable and helpful and always made a point to ask how things were and how I was enjoying my conference. This was a perfect location and style of hotel for my constant in and out to conference activities and social events.

Great location and the receptionist was top notch. Note: no ice machine on site, nor glassware in the rooms, but otherwise a great stay!

Great room especially for couples! Walking distance from everything and easy to get to!

Conveniently located. Helpful staff. Room was clean. It’s right next to a couple bars but they closed early so noise was not an issue.
