Everything was great it’s a place to stay in and sleep, great location. I did feel a worried after the last two nights my bed sheets had some stains red. I couldn’t say much because I left early and came back late. But very professional I’m sure they would have fix it if I where to say something because they made me feel like they could since day one.

Pros: Staff was friendly, bathroom as very nice and clean especially the shower, it's VERY close to the bus stop, about half a block. So you shouldn't have any trouble getting around town. Cons: It's right on a busy street and the windows are very old so it was LOUD at night. I'm a heavy sleeper so I managed to fall asleep. Otherwise earplugs are a must. The room is TINY and cramped. It's not very accessible. There are no elevators or at least we weren't shown one. Overall you get what you pay for. It's pretty budget friendly and probably one step above a hostel. I probably won't book again, but I still think it's a fair enough option if you're wanting something cheap and bare bones.

Small hotel in a good location. Walkable or scooterable to downtown and many cool neighbourhoods in SF. Old building with thin windows, so you can definitely hear traffic noise outside. Staff was friendly. No complaints. The price was good. I would probably stay here again of the price was right.

Cheap and safe, easy check in no parking, can't control temperature in room, hard squeaky bed, crappy cable, hair in bathtub, mold in lotion bottle, street noise is loud, not walkable to anything worth going to

Amazing location, great value, helpful staff. I found an eyelash cluster on my comforter but honestly it’s okay. Everything else felt clean and at least it wasn’t on the sheets.

European style hotel. Comfortable beds, clean modern bathroom. Not a lot of amenities, but perfect place lay your head after a long day of sight seeing.

The hotel was situated in a nice and safe neighborhood, so walking around the area felt safe and easy. I recommend this hotel for solo female travelers who's visiting San Francisco short-term.
