Convenient location for my event. Had stated previously at another city so rebooked. Paid extra for a high view room, view was obstructed. Everything is controlled with an iPad and the iPad was not able to hold a charge so I had to wait up to turn the lights off. No shampoo in the bathroom. Black out curtains did not come down correctly so there was light coming through.

The property was well maintained and the staff were exceptional, very helpful with all our requests. Breakfast was very nice and the bar bites in the evening were great after a full day with no time to eat. The blackout blinds were awesome. Housekeeping was great. My wife injured her back and hip before our trip and you were able to facilitate my request for an accessible room. I asked for extra pillows and ended up with 4. And I loved the big pillows. I'm older and not a high tech guy and wasn't aware before we checked in how techy the hotel was. I like to go to the desk, present my ID and payment, get my key and go to my room. I spent way too much time with the ambassador, trying to figure out the whole check in procedure, which she basically had to do for me. I wasn't the only one, as I saw the same thing with multiple other guests checking in. Check out wasn't as bad. PS, I don't like self checkout at the grocery either. My wife goes to bed before me and it would have been nice to be able to turn on the bathroom light without turning on all the lights in the room. Rheostats for dimmers would be much easier than a continuous push on a switch.....oops held it too long and the light went bright again. Electrical outlets on each side of the bed would have been nice. It would have been nice to be able to control lights separately, whether it was from switches or the iPad.

Perfectly designed space! Quiet small room were every inch was perfectly curated! I loved it. Very comfortable bed. Big shower. The self-service check-in was a bit irritating. Last thing you want after 12 hours flight to deal with poor lighting when you have to scan your passport. It would be great to see a smiling human face doing check-in for me.

This is not a place for grown ups. The rooms are void of basic amenities. You get the basic shampoo / body wash and conditioner. There are communal iron stations on level 6 and 12. No water in the room. You have to go to the 3rd floor. You are told nothing on check in. Staff are there but do the bare minimum. You check yourself in and activate your card yourself to access your room. Attempted to charge me for late check out when I was not informed that check out was at 11:30am. Also, who checks out so early? The rest of the Marriott brand checks out at noon or 12:30pm. Only positive is the super comfy bed.

Definitely be coming back!

Location The rooms are tiny. Could only get in on one side of the king sized bed. Trying to call the hotel to talk with someone is impossible. Checking in is self check in only. Complicated to do, and get 2 keys.
