Great hotel in a central location in San Fran! Clean with very helpful, kind staff.

Helpful staff and great location

Location of hotel is great. Right by the tram stop and many attractions. Be aware of the drug users in the downtown area and be cautious at night. Hotel has key card access to enter which keeps guests safe. Recommend

This hotel was just what we needed and at a great price! The staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The room was cozy, but very clean and had everything we needed and more to make our stay in San Francisco. Perfect. The location allowed for easy walking to anything we wanted to see.

Staff were welcoming and allowed us to store our bags before checking in and after checking out. The rooms are smaller than expected and the carpet seems outdated, but overall a good stay. It is very close to the train station which was helpful.

Very old hotel and all furniture in the room needs to be ipdated. The room smelled very musty. The only good thing was the location to transportation we needed.

The furniture was very old and outdated, and the room had an unpleasant smell, likely due to poor ventilation. We also had an issue with the door lock, although the reception staff was helpful in resolving it. Overall, the quality of the hotel did not match the price I paid, and I don’t think it was worth the money.

The hotel staff and hotel were excellent from the very beginning. They were able to accommodate our every request and the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Very relaxing stay for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again next time we come back to San Francisco!

On arrival, we were very disappointed by the room, which didn't look anything like the website. We booked a deluxe room with queen sized bed for 3 nights and received a very narrow, shabby, dated room with a double bed. It also said on the booking we would receive a bottle of wine on during our stay, which we didn't. The trip was to celebrate our 40th wedding Anniversary and we couldn't help but feel let down. The reception staff were helpful and coffee in the morning was lovely, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend if all rooms were like ours.

Great hotel, have stayed there before and would stay again next time we are visiting San Fran.

Hotel was excellent, rooms were decent sized and well maintained. Staff was very helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for a stay in central san francisco.

Very nice hotel overall. Very clean and in a great location. Only real drawback is the parking limitations (and price for valet).

The property is nicely updated and maintained. The bed was super comfortable as never got a great nights sleep. We also loved the location being close to everything. The complimentary wine upon check-in was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely stay here again.

I didn't have much requirements. Room was clean. No complaints.

The hotel is very secured. My husband booked 2 queens and initially the checked in guy put us on first floor but the old guy with white hair said that we need to be on the second floor due to our 10 lbs dog. He placed us on a very small room with full beds, noisy AC and broken curtains. We were so disappointed. Good thing I booked another room as I know with the 3 of us we will not fit in the room. Good thing I did since it was not even a queen bed. Fortunately , the second room is so much bigger than the first one. My take with management - my husband paid a lot for the first room and placed in the worse room probably in the hotel just because of my dog. The advantage of the hotel is it’s close to cable cars and shopping. Other than that definitely will not stay. No breakfast and no parking. You have to pay for valet parking.
