FOUND Hotel, San Francisco

Staff was lovely and cute design! Simple but cute design. Rooms vary in size. Laundry facilities. Must park nearby no parking on site.

The rooms we were in was so tiny and could barely move around.

Great stay at the Found hotel in SF. Fantastic location. We stayed in a bunk room with my son and mom. It was a very small room but it suited our needs. The beds were comfortable and my son loved being on the top bunk. There was not a TV in the room and the sink was outside the bathroom in the room. There was a second floor common area with coffee and a living room lounge that we used to eat take out breakfeast from the restaurant around the corner. Good value, great location. Would absolutley stay again.

Throughout my life, I have stayed in many hotels in different countries and cities. Perhaps the most disgraceful hotel accommodation was this hotel. I paid 685 dollars for three night. I'm sure I could stay in San Francisco Hilton at this price. Not emotionally, I can say that this hotel is a complete disappointment and disgrace in terms of staff, cleanliness, hygiene and facility all. I definitely don't recommend it. Street is safer and cleaner than here. Disgrace, disgrace, disgrace.

Honestly a pretty good/decent place to stay at for the price

Staff was nice but the hotel itself was iffy. We got a quad room and the sheets had some kind of back dots on them (mold idk) there was also two bugs that we found, we didn’t mention to staff because they had already told us room service wasn’t available. Also area was very sketchy, we were surrounded by homeless people all around and kept hearing police and ambulance sirens all night. Walls are extremely thin and can hear everything especially doors closing, it kept me up all night.

The room we stayed in was small, but we knew that. The staff was FANTASTIC! It's a cool space and near a lot of great places and restaurants in San Francisco.

The hotel was really clean and comfy. Only major inconvenience is parking your vehicle blocks away. Over night parking can run up to 50 dollars.

Very good

I like the size and functionality (i.e., good size desk, enough electrical sockets, easy-to-operate AC, desk lamp with good lighting control. The laundry/dryer was a plus, and the location (i.e., easy access to eateries that close late) was perfect. The sink is partially clogged, and there is no place to hang my clothes and towel in the room (considering that the wash basin / sink is in the room). The hangers and wall hooks are in the bathroom, and I would have preferred the towels stashed away from the toilet area -- very minor inconveniences.

Convenient location and well maintained. Only 2 things I would change: 1) put in A/C that works a little better and 2) maybe a faster elevator so we wouldn't have to climb the 5 or 6 stores to our room everything bc that thing took FOREVER

The room was really nice, especially the tv and bathroom mirror. The 2nd floor was full of amenities.

I loved the lounge area

Pros: Beds were comfortable. A white noise machine was provided. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, & body soap. The common area and lobby were very cute. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The kitchen had filtered water and an ice machine. The hotel is central making it easy to get around. Cons: The room smelled slightly like urine. It sounded like there was a bowling alley above us. The bathroom sink was in the room.
