I arrived before check-in, and I completely understand that some hotels can’t accommodate early check-in. But not even being able to leave your luggage behind the desk felt a little excessive. The employee told me I could leave it in storage for $2. Like… why are you charging someone who is literally staying at the hotel to hold their luggage? And $2? Like why. When I first got into the room, there were also some weird yellow stains in the sink. Weird, but whatever. Other than that, the room was clean and honestly pretty spacious. The “breakfast included” is also a bit misleading. It’s basically packaged pastries, not really what I would consider breakfast. My biggest issue was the noise. There is basically NO soundproofing. You hear everything: trucks, people outside, people in the lobby, etc. There were also people hanging around outside/lobby area being extremely loud, and no one from the hotel seemed to be asking them to keep it down. I actually had to leave my room a few times myself to ask people who weren’t even staying at the hotel to go hang out somewhere else. I was also on the ground floor in room 106, right by the ice machine, and that thing is SO loud. It woke me up every single morning. At the end of the day, it’s a budget motel, so I wasn’t expecting luxury. A lot of these things individually fall into the “for the price, OK fine.

Very nice for the price.

First off, room was scuffed up and the linens were dirty- stains, black specs, and hairs. The photos made the room look bigger- felt like we were claustrophobic. Totally deceiving. Staff was rude and when asked if we can get water, they said no despite us paying hundreds of dollars. They said the front desk room was closed, but shouldn’t it be open 24/7? Neighbors were extremely loud so hard to sleep. Thin walls and traffic don’t mix well. Will never stay here again and do not recommend. Had to buy disinfecting wipes to clean the room ourselves. Shower had skimpy water pressure and the toilets wouldn’t flush (no solids btw).

Outstanding location. Room was spotless and recently updated. WI-FI speed could use some improvement but otherwise exceptional value.

The room was overall good, even being slightly older. The staff were incredibly helpful and super kind. We were given suggestions and when I called in advance for parking I was told that they would help me find a solution when we arrived if there wasn’t something available. Overall a great stay and would stay again!

Stayed for Outsidelands weekend and this was such a great find! Parking was free and even though there are limited spaces, the management does their best to find spaces for guests if there aren’t any available on property (we were lucky to get there to snag a spot before it filled up) The room was very clean and had all the basic essentials. The best thing about our experience was the manager (I think she was the manager…unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) she was extremely helpful when we checked in and gave us tips on how to use the Muni to get to and from the festival to avoid ride share charges. She was so detailed and gave really great directions. So grateful for her kindness and knowledge
