Mirage Inn and Suites

No clock, weak shower.

Check in person always not friendly. Last few times have gotten the same room. Walls have many point chips could use free paint . Big stain over windows. A/c is going out . Furniture in need of repair chips dents and the chair is stained . The bathroom is nice enough but can tell was halfway cleaned mirror dirty, floor not clean in the corners and under vanity

The room itself was nice but the building is completely run down and the staff were not nice. Barley spoke when we checked in just demanded we give our credit card and ID over. No customer service

Parking is free, and the location is a few blocks from the Zoo. Nice coffee shop just a block away. Quiet neighborhood.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and at a great price for San Francisco.

Room need a makeover. Just ok

Front desk and door closes at 10pm. You can not check in if you’re coming in late. Even calling and letting them know, they would not accommodate

Most rude staff I’ve ever met. Sleeping on the floor would have been softer than their mattress. From the exterior the place looked like the castle from Mel Brook’s Young Frankenstein movie. The interior hallways the same. Avoid 📉

The room and property were clean and close to the zoo and beach. Our check-in was easy and staff was friendly.

The beds were comfortable however I kept banging my knee on the frame and left with several bruises. There was hair and dust bunnies on the floor and in the tub. The window screen was shredded and the outside of the window was filthy so even if there was a view worth seeing, you wouldn't have seen it. There may be adequate parking but the spaces are small so finding a spot to park a larger car iif you come in late was difficult. Some of the light switches were very strange and while they dimmed, I never figured out how to turn them off. If you have difficulty with stairs, this may not be the place for you as there are two flights to climb to get to the rooms unless you book a handicap room. They were awkward at best. I appreciated that they provided a blow dryer but there was a spot on the handle that could easily burn you if not careful. Just a suggestion but if you have a broken hanger with a sharp end on it, you might want to remove it instead of letting it hang there sharp pointy end out.

Parking is underground and provides protection for your vehicle, but not secured. Staff is marginally friendly

Clean, not in a terrible neighborhood good for a night or two

Comfortable bed, large newly remodeled bathroom.

Our Second time staying and we still enjoyed our stay. Will still be coming back again next year!

Other than not accommodating a handicap parking for me because I did not order the handicap room and I wasn’t in a wheelchair. It was a pleasant hotel to stay the room and staff were pleasant. I would stay here again.👍
