Valet was always late. Water pressure in shower was weak and water always changed temperatures during shower

Staff were lovely and late check out option of $25 per hour made the last day so much better. The bar staff were lovely but the food menu for dinner was very limited. Lovely view from my room and great bed. Great location.

This hotel has now become my new favorite in San Francisco. From the front desk, to valet, to housekeeping and the restaurant workers, everyone was amazing.

The location was great. Full gym open 24 hrs, that was nice and clean. The views from our room were amazing. The staff was hit and miss, as a few were wonderful and one or two that weren’t as helpful. One of the three elevators was down for repair that caused a few gridlocks of people. A few amenities that were offered weren’t available. As a frequent traveler to SF, the overall experience was great, as usual. I would consider returning to this hotel.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. In a great location where you can catch the cable carts to go in either direction. Not to mention great view from the hotel to the bay area. Close to everything.

Love this hotel! So beautiful and well maintained. The city view is amazing! My only gripes are that they dont have a hand soap dispenser for the bathroom sink, only a soap bar. Their refrigerator is more of a drink cooler and there is no microwave. I know many hotels no longer have microwaves in the room.

Great hotel valet parking everything was clean

This hotel is somewhat dated. The staff were excellent. There were few amenities. They would deliver a refrigerator to your room if you asked. The bar didn’t open until four even during the World Cup. Everything is expensive in SF, but this seemed somewhat overpriced for the cost. I think this once was a great hotel, but now. Is just OK.

Comfortable hotel at a great location

We had a good stay. Staff was helpful. Clean room. Lots of space to do work or socialize downstairs. The neg: ridiculous resort fees and very expensive parking.

Thix hotel is quite tired and urgently needs a refresh. Our room had a big stain on the rug, which was generally not clean. Some things have been updated, many others have not. Concerns raised to hotel management were fobbed off and basically not addressed. There are weird automatic flushing toilets (never seen this before) that don’t work properly and flush at inappropriate times and very loudly. They urgently need to get their act together. The people working in the hotel are generally very nice, but management has a real problem.

Amazing location and the hotel is amazing

They greeted us at the door. Unfortunately the water was lukewarm even the refill station wasn’t that cold. The location was close to the pier’s.

When my daughter stays in San Francisco, she always stays at this Hotel. The staff is always so kind, the rooms are impeccably clean and the location is perfect!

Toilet sensor in the room was not working!
