This is a beautiful hotel. We absolutely love getting to stay here when we come for shows at the Warfield. The hotel bar and re estaurant is amazing, too. Staff is always great. Wish there was a microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby to use. Makes it nice to warm up leftovers.

Rogelio made my stay exceptional. I had met him years ago at another Hilton property in San Francisco, and it was wonderful to see him again. Throughout my extended stay, he consistently checked in to make sure everything was going well and was always professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. He is one of the best hospitality professionals I have met. I would also like to thank Rebecca. After a long trip, she made my arrival incredibly easy and was able to get me into a room within minutes. I didn’t have to wait at all, which was greatly appreciated. The room was amazing, with an incredibly comfortable bed, a fantastic shower, a beautiful bathroom and bathtub, excellent amenities, and impeccable housekeeping every day. I also loved the daily water, yogurt, and cereal bars waiting in the room. The neighborhood may not be everyone’s favorite part of San Francisco, but I always felt safe. The hotel had a strong security presence, and I never felt uncomfortable walking around during my long stay.

No one warned us about the amount of drug addicts lined up along the streets. The hotel itself was great it was just in the wrong location.

Great room, spacious, quiet and well appointed. Nice bathroom with very good shower. It cannot be helped but neighborhood is still very sketchy at night. Planned to walk to other venues but took rideshare instead. Even my dogs didn't like walking outdoors.....

The hotel has that boutique hotel feeling while under Hilton standards so really best of both worlds. The room was clean, had a nespresso style coffee machine and great view of the city. The hotel itself was also clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and welcoming. Nothing really, the location is in downtown SF so it is very convenient. It can feel unsafe if you go two blocks down, but this a reality in almost any big city. The hotel has 24/7 security to make you feel safe.

The location and the amazing room No room service
-
Very central and clean. Nothing, it was perfect for what I needed.
-
Comfortable bed, clean, comfortable couch, no bad odors, nice modern bathroom Realizing you have no control over the amount of homeless and drug addicts in the neighborhood but it may potentially deter me from booking there again. Parking across the street was convenient although not affiliated with the hotel

And the television didn’t work as well very hard to catch the bees when it keep stopping And my room view was a wall Not a view at all !

What an amazing place. Seems new/newly renovated. Great decor, comfy rooms w/ great amenities, very prompt and helpful staff, Convenient location. Coffee shop is also great, and I’m a stickler for my cappuccino. The bar in the 13th floor was so nice. Beautiful and comfy furniture, fireplace, great drinks. It is on the edge of the Tenderloin, so as long as you stay on the Market Street side you are ok.

did not pay for breakfast but did use your rooftop outside bar at night- lovely! also loved the room and lobby design, comfortable bed, tub and spaciousness of room. Beautiful hotel. We would love to know what mattress you use- so comfortable! it was a bit noisy our first night because of a concert next door but it was manageable. Also did not appreciate the big added fee of 40.00 each night.

Great breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful.
