The room was ok, the staff very friendly but what I liked the most was the free parking inside the hotel, for those that are traveling with their own car is perfect. Breakfast is Italian style crosans and coffee, 2 different juices, cheese, yogurt. The disco at the hotel till 2am.? As we had to wake up in the morning

The reception was very kind and the room cleaning is good but the balcony always dirty never clean. I don't like the 1 of the wardrobe door is break when you open the wardrobe door one of them fall dawn. We make 2 days with no hot water plus the last day no water in tha bathroom we can't take a shower and wash our faces also no water in a hotel unbelivable. The 2nd night there was a big party in the hotel with a dj the sound and noises stops at 4am we can't sleep to much sound and noises. The first day the t.v no working also. The break fast only cearels with milk and some croissants only no bread no cheese and no ham we always come here before but it come a dizaster hotel Not true with breakfast No water Everything break Wardrobe break. NEVER AGAIN THIS IS THE LAST STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

- Location was close to the autostrada - Parking was convenient for large vehicles - Reception staff very understanding - No hot water to shower with for two days even though reported - Toilet flushing kept trickling all night even though reported - Breakfast was served in plastic bowls, cups and cutlery...similar to that of a kids party. - Dinner in the on-premis restaurant was very poor. Dishes were either partially warm (evidently reheated in the microwave) or very cold (straight out of the fridge) - No functional wifi although 'available'

We were 1 adult 2 teenagers. Staff was really helpful and welcoming and even the hotel it was really worth it for the sum i paid. I definitely will go there next time.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Let's start. I didn't even book a reservation here, but in another hotel, and when the other hotel cancelled, booking offered me this as a solution. When I reached the hotel, I realized it was far away from everything in Catania, first bad point for the hotel. They gave me the room, and I decided to go and take a nap. In the sheets of the bed there was something similar to a cockroach. The toilet didn't flush correctly. I went to the hall to ask for a room swap or some kind of solution but they did nothing. First night at the hotel: The hotel had a discotheque next to my room (They didn't warn about it) and I didn't get a single minute of sleep until 3 am, and at 6.50 am the light was entering through the window, as my room did not have blinds for some reason. The AC is broken, still working, but broken and with poor appeareance. So, after 3h 50m of sleep I decide to take a shower to wake up and my surprise is something I hadn't realized. The shower looks like it is 50 years old, and the shower screen is broken, so part of the water is spoiling out of the shower. I wait 3 minutes for the water to heat, but it doesn't. No hot water. Great.... At least I cannot say I left that horrible shower asleep. I go down to have breakfast and I found bread that is at least 3 days old. Seriously? I really don't get how this hotel is 3-star rated....

The reception staff are very kind and nice ppl Cleaning not like before the shower the drain is stuck all the time with water. The toilet inside dirty The towels no change the maid just fold the same towels we use the other day before. Balcony black dirty. The roler blind outside the balcony no work. The hotel is nice but the things needs services and needs big clean.

It was close to the highway and central too. In need of a good renovation, pity as the hotel has a lot of potential. Very small shower and needs an upgrade.
