The apartment is recently renovated and nicely decorated. There are coffee capsules and croissants and yogurt for breakfast which is good as the apartment is in the middle of nowhere. I have been travelling for more than 20 years all around the world and this is the first and hopefully the last time I am leaving such a low rating and having such a horrible experience! We arrived late. We were taken to the apartment by the host lady. When we entered everything seemed normal, there was a living room and a bedroom with a private bathroom. There were no signs of other people in the apartment - no luggage, clothes or shoes, no noises or anything that could have led us to thing that there is someone else inside. There was another door in the living room, we thought it was a service room and we didn't open it. We put the cot with our 1-year old baby in the living room as he is used to sleeping in his own room. What was our surprise when at 6 o'clock in the morning our baby started crying in the next room and we heard voices and noises!!! I was terrified and I went to see what was happening. I didn't find anyone in the living room and took the baby in our bedroom. The voices and noises were coming from the room behind the door we have seen. When we went back to the living room around 8, the door was open, it led to another bedroom with a private bathroom and the people who had stayed there during the night had left the apartment. We were absolutely shocked that we had spent the night in the same apartment with complete strangers without knowing it and with our baby in the common room that they need to go through to exit the apartment! When we asked explanations from the host, she said that she told us there were people which was absolutely not true and she said that if we didn't understand that's because of her bad English and inaccurate Booking description. It is unacceptable to rent a two-bedroom apartment to two different groups of people. This is not a hostel. I have never seen something like that before!

The property was spacious, clean with air conditioning, balcony and a fridge/freezer. Graziella the host is the most lovely, welcoming and so helpful. She couldn’t do enough, down to sending restaurant directions and opening times to bus routes and stops. I wasn’t aware of the distance from Catania and other areas but this was my mistake not that of the property so not a dislike just something to be aware of. A car is needed to explore the area

Very nice and very clean house. Beatifull sea view and very nice and helpfull stuff! I reccomend in 200% - dont hesitate to choose it :)
