Breakfast was excellent. Fridge did not work and despite numerous requests it wasn't replaced. Pizzeria wasn't open yet.

Breakfast was good. Room was nice but didn’t get ocean view. Front desk staff were not very helpful. Gave us incorrect info for airport taxi fare. The entrance to the parking lot was very hard to find. The location was not good.

This hotel was in a good position but the entrance was a little hard to find until you knew where it was. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great - the lady who made me coffee each day was amazing! I don't think it is a 4 star resort. The phone in the room didn't work. We had to get the TV fixed. You have to pay to go to the gym and the pool deck chairs are not placed around the pool - for some reason - so you sit on the concrete.

We liked everything. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. We chose a room with a view and we were not disappointed.The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. The parking was spacious and the place was quiet.

Pretty clean, but janitor forgot to close our door after cleaning and touching our personal stuff during the cleaning (like clothes and bathroom supplies). For us it’s 100% unacceptable. Location is awful. And indicator cost/location/quality is the worst that I ever seen. Also when I booked room wasn’t mentioned that spa and swimming pool isn’t available and included to the cost of booking (cost too high to ignore such moments). A lot of cheaper places suggest such options in costs. As result it was a list of reasons why we left this place after 3 nights instead of 7.

It was ok. The bed was hard, I guess that’s good for the back. Felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel. I had to ask for minor things in my room. (Eg: no welcoming bottle of water, no kettle, no iron) the only thing in the mini fridge was normal water & sparking water, which were at a price. Additionally, the isolation is very poor. We could hear everything. Especially from the floor above us.
