Zeus Residence Hotel

The ambience, the location, the view from our room and the rooftop, and then the staff’s hospitality. They were very very nice to us and particularly to our 2yr old daughter. Coffee was just amazing! Lack of in-house option for food (like lunch or dinner). Also at some point, we could spot ants in the room, coming in from balcony.

Very quiet, very clean rooms the staff was wonderful, beautiful view of the ocean There was no lrestaurant, but there twi-three very close within a couple minutes of walking

Room was an ample size and the shower in the bathroom was exceptional. We also liked the amount of storage space around the sink.. Breakfast was satisfying. We didn;t have the opportunity to utilize the beach though but we were too busy with family. No issues

Beautiful modern hotel with with terraces, gardens and a gorgeous view of the sea and lava rock bed. The room is very comfortable with a patio door opening onto an outdoor balcony, even has a small kitchenette. The breakfast is reasonably well garnished and the staff is happy to prepare your favorite coffee to accompany your breakfast with. Really nothing to say except I think considering the beautiful views and the wide patio door giving you an outlook on that view; a little more attention should be given towards cleaning the windows and glass.

Hotel experience was amazing. Location was perfect. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was incredible. Public transport service around the region was very bad. The buses were always late and in order to get to the Catania central, you have to waste too much time waiting.

Generous breakfast. Room Clean and well lit up. Ideal location at the perimeter of Catania. Contrasting to the generous breakfast a second coffee has to be paid for extra without scope. The room is made private only by means of the rolling curtain, the sliding ones remain see through during the night revealing anything within the room once the lights are on. In my opinion, to enjoy total privacy could mean claustrophobic. Besides, the rolling curtains are noisy during activation.

There’s not much to do at the property

The personnel were very friendly and we really appreciated a Christmas gift for us. It's easy to get with a car and the parking system is not complicated. The breakfast could have been more varied.

Great location with ocean views and balcony off our room. Spacious modern room with kitchenette and comfortable bed. Great breakfast and super nice friendly and helpful staff who spoke English. Walkable to many restaurants and things to see and do. Gated private parking Manager was superb and gave us great recommendation of where to go in Catania. Would stay there again. Short drive to other attractions Looking forward to our next trip there

The hotel is in good location and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel. Great outside space. Fantastic cooking facilities in the room . Lovely outside furniture The coffee in the morning. It was in flasks awful stuff. I know u can get 1 real coffee. But after coming from other hotels with coffee machine with no limits. This was a let down for us. No bar was open in the evening. Which would have been nice. Although plenty of beach bars around. Our terrace could have done with 2 loungers and umbrella for shade,so we didn't need to go to other areas.

Gated parking always had a spot available. Just call a number and it opens the gate. Super easy. I stayed there a week and never had to park on the street. Good location within walking distance of several restaurants and easy delivery from others. The facility seemed well kept and the room was decently sized and clean. Internet was fast. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower we re spacious, good water pressure. At least some of the staff spoke English, I only interacted with a couple of people. While there is parking available, sometimes the spots are very tight. Definitely would not fit a larger vehicle in some of them. If the car next to you parked over the line it can be difficult.

Good size room, comfy bed. Air conditioning. Room could have been cleaner. Not all staff spoke English. Breakfast was poor. No public transport ( 1 bus that turns up whenever is not good enough) therefore the rooms should be cheaper with such location and lack of commuting and no restaurant on site - very poor.
