Has a bad rep on google but it's above average clean. The staff francesca is helpful. Room is spacious, felt luxurious in size. If you get the room that has a bathroom in the hallway it is private and someone cleans the room at least every other day. Distance from center a little of a challenge if buses are unpredictable but still overall accessble. Dont get initially turned off by another staff guy who does sound a bit rude but passes you over to francesca hehe maybe his english is not so good

Nothing 1. Poor communication. My wife messaged to this hotel 3 days before our stay to find out how we can check in as we have no internet abroad; however, no one answered. We thought it may be because they have a reception, but they don’t as we found out later. We couldn’t go inside the flat when we arrived as there is no one to open the door. To find this hotel which is a couple of flats in residential area was also complicated. There are no signs of the hotel, the door to access the building was closed so you have to wait for a someone who lives in this building. When we managed to get in and were standing in front of the flat, we asked a man to call to the number on the booking; however, we were told that we need to contact another person via WhatsApp to get all information. The payment has been taken so it is really not understandable why they can’t just send all check in details at least one day in advance. They do not communicate on booking at all while they advertise on this platform. 2. Kitchen is without cups, microwave and other utensils. 3. They advertise that the room is with private bathroom; however, our bathroom was outside our room. They should let people know about it as we expected to have it inside our room. 4. The location is 35-40 min to walk to the railway station. It will be a longer walk if you want to go to the centre. 5. It is impossible to sleep at night as the building is located along main road, therefore it is too noisy the same as you can hear your neighbours. 6. The room has a balcony which is closed with blinds completely therefore we couldn’t go to the balcony.

Free street parking. We had a private bathroom. The decor of the room was nice. Bed was comfy. Host was willing to adjust our booking if we had told them earlier about our issues, but unfortunately by that point we had booked another accommodation. They gave recommendations for local attractions. No soundproofing at all. Our room was located next to the main road and the shared bathroom so we had constant noise all the time. If you are sensitive to noise or need peace and quiet to sleep I would not recommend staying here. The entire apartment had a bad odour and no odour neutralising spray was provided in the room. We could not open the window to let out the smell as that brought more noise from the main road in. I would assume the rooms on the other side of the apartment do not have this problem. My partner and I are very sensitive to sound and odours and after having a terrible sleep we booked another accommodation for our second night. Check-in was required via messaging them through Whatsapp. We were not made aware of this and tried calling the number upon arrival. They will only respond via message.

Good location, nice balcony, and free parking in front of property. Uncomfortable beds, overly used mattresses, old pillows, bedsheets & towels. Everything seems and smells old. Bathroom is also old, shower does not work properly, and there was no soap.

You look at the pictures and the room looks fine. But this will not be your room. You'll be given a different room where the distance from all walls to the bed is 50 cm. When I asked about this, I was told that they have pictures of all rooms including the deluxe one, in one place. Not nice at all, guys! This is called a scam.

The location is good not too far from city centre and staff are very helpful and welcoming. -

The room was very comfortable. The check-in process was very well organised, and there were no issues . We stayed just for a night before an early flight, and it was easy to find a parking space Very good communication with the owner. There is perhaps an area of improvement, but the money we pay was excellent .

The room was clean, but the extra pillows didn't have a pillowcase. We arrived late as flight was delayed. And the address we had was no 60 and it must be 62.

Perfect etna view with accessible transport to the city. The apartment was super clean with all necessities. Ideal for couples to stay there for a vacation.

Very good accommodation, strategical position and easy free parking in front of the building, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms and a marvellous view to Etna. High recommended The initial entrance procedure is complicated.

There is a lot place to park a car for free. View from balcony on Etna is great and there is a washing machine :)

Very good value for money. The room had everything I needed. The communication with the owner was very smooth.

We enjoyed the fact that we would wake up to the stunning view of mount Etna. We were also very close to the centre but far enough to not hear any loud noises. We travelled to Taormina, Etna and Centro Sicilia from this property with no stress. The shared kitchen, I did not know I was booking a bedroom, this might have been my fault because I thought I booked a whole apartment,
