There was an awful smell coming out of the shower drain that made the whole place smell. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud.

Very quick staff reaction. 2 minutes walk to sanctuary. The telephone number of the offer did not knew about us. Whats'up did ok. The corridor floor is broken. Someone may fall down.

Clean and simple with comfortable bed. Shower facilities were good with strong hot water. There is no lift so it we had to carry heavy luggage to the third floor. You will also have to walk up a steep street to get to the main road.

Location - 5mins walk to shrine/basilica of St Padre Pio. Self-contained room: ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, desk, bedside table and mini-fridge. Good hot water. It was ok for me, but the shower might be a bit cramped for people bigger than 156cm (5'2), 57kg.

Very kind and responsive host, good location very close to the churches. Room was rather small, but clean and comfortable. It had a refrigerator, which was nice. Excellent value for money. I would stay here again!
