Service was terrible and the room’s AC was so loud that it sounded like a helicopter was landing. It shook the whole room. I complained and was told they were sold out. Terrible experience

Relatively good location. They don’t provide shampoo, the beds/pull out couch were super uncomfortable/really firm, they didn’t have room service — we had to return our towels to the front desk if we wanted new ones. Not a very relaxing stay.

Worst stay we had ever. Dirty room , bug in the room, stinky, dirty chair and sofa..Very disappointed with the stay.

I never post reviews but I had to for this hotel. I am very easy to please and I was looking for a simple hotel for an overnight stay on my way to the Redwoods with my kids. I booked this hotel so I could use the kitchenette to cook meals for my 3 boys. It took forever to check in because people kept walking by and ignoring me, which, fine maybe they were busy... the person who finally helped me said there was no room available, I told him I had booked months ago. He had to go check a room to see if it was clean. When we got to the room there were no items in the kitchen to cook. It had a note saying if we needed anything we could call the front desk. I tried but the phone didn't work. I had to go downstairs. Long story short- they said they had no cooking items available, no pots no pans, no oven pans, nothing at all. They also had no extra pillows or blankets. The next morning when I went to check out their grab and go breakfast there was no coffee, just a hot water heater and tea. I asked again for kitchen items and the woman said "Oh, you're supposed to check out today, when are you leaving?"???? Ummmm.. it was 7:00am!! I told her at checkout time.. she said, ok well we don't have any cooking stuff..

It was alright, most of the things in the room are a little old but it’s fine.

After checking into our room we requested an in room coffee maker and linen for our sleeper sofa. We were informed that there were no coffee makers available and no pillows available for the sleeper sofa. We went to Walmart and purchased our own pillows that night so that we could have at least one pillow per guest in our room. In the morning we went to the grab and go breakfast bar and found that that there was no coffee available. Upon inquiring about the coffee we were informed that their coffee makers were broken but we could go to the hotel next door for coffee if we wanted coffee. We ended up purchasing a small 5 cup coffee maker for our stay. One of the 5 dollar per load washers and dryers did not rinse or spin our load of laundry and no refund was available. The room itself was outdated and dirty. The curtains had stains that looked like they could possibly be blood and they were either torn or rotted on the edges. There were brown drips around 6 inches long on the restroom walls and trash and chips under the sleeper sofa mattress. The cupboards had items left by previous guests.

Safe neighborhood, spacious parking and a clean room with a complete kitchen. It would be nice if the hotel has shampoo and air conditioner available.

I like the fact that there was a kitchen the room was nice the beds were very uncomfortable and really hard.1 of the staff was not polite.they did not have enough pots and pans.

Quiet and clean. Cute pool area. Key card was hard to use and internet in room was spotty.
