It’s very spacious, very quiet

The front desk staff very helpful. No issues with them at all, but the overall hotel experience was the hotel was very dirty. The room was awful with the shower, not draining in your standing in several inches of water every time you take one. The light socket in the vanity was broken and didn’t work, and there was no sink stopper in the sink.

This is a very roomy hotel room/Suite! The kitchen is well appointed with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, silverware, plates, etc. There's a great desk, and a table with 2 chairs...and the TV swivels to accommodate watching from the chairs or couch, and also the bed. The room was clean, the bathroom was large and had a great big countertop (bonus!). Water pressure was great. The breakfast was good too...lots of choices for cold meals - yogurt, fruit, cereal...or hot meal of waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage. I can only really think of 2 complaints - 1 was the mattress...lots of lumps! It definitely needed a new one - that would have been great. The second is the elevator carpets were in desperate need of replacement - worn and dirty....but overall, I'm still a fan and would stay here again.

It was on obvious the place was just renovated. The bathroom door could not be closed. The breakfast was incredible. However, the staff mumbled in her responses. She did not even look up at me.

Our stay went fairly well for the most part the room could’ve been cleaned more and there were some stains in certain places around like the couch/sofa bed. They could use a little upgrade and more cleanliness. Other than all went well. Their bfast was one of my favorites I was surprised at the options and freshness I was definitely impressed!!! 4.5/5 for the bfast. I’d give it 3 stars overall

The person at front desk should be friendlier especially when answering phone calls when a registration is already previously made.

This hotel was lovely. There was breakfast that was delicious and the rooms were very nice. It was clean and the pool area was very fun. We stayed here for a soccer tournament and it was the perfect set up for our team to hang out and have fun. The staff was fantastic about helping us get a sweater we left behind returned. It was a great stay.

I really like the home away from home feel with a kitchenette and sitting room. Breakfast being offered is a plus. The room I stayed in had a musty odor when I walked in and seemed to linger throughout my stay, unfortunately. Seems I may have stayed in an older building or one that has not been renovated yet. The elevator carpet needs major cleaning or replacement. My stay was just okay.

The hotel needs to be updated.

They are renovating soon, but at this time it’s outdated and uncomfortable. Breakfast was done and staff was nice. Spacious rooms.

Breakfast needs TLC..scramble eggs perfect companion are roasted small potatoes. Or salads..possible as steamedgood asparagus with olive oil and Parmesan cheese

The property was a bit worn. Tape on carpet and loose plumbing fixtures Charged for parking was a joke. Suburb setting plenty of parking seemed like a rip off.

Room was exceptionally clean upon arrival

Staff members at the hotel are very polite and friendly. They are very respectful and I appreciate their hospitality

I enjoyed my stay here with my husband. The breakfast was amazing and the room was super nice and clean. Will definitely recommend for others
