Hilton Garden Inn San Jose Airport

Our toilet did not work for 24 hours and we had to keep following up with the front desk to get it fixed. There was no sense of urgency and ownership to get this resolved for us. When we initially reported this issue, front desk provided a plunger for us and asked us to grab it from the lobby. We tried to fix it ourselves but no luck. We called again and was told that maintenance is coming up, only to find out a day later that it was security that was sent. The next day, we spoke with front desk again and they were unable to get a hold of maintenance. Even the staff was surprised the toilet is not flushing, considering this is a newer hotel. Two hours after that interaction, we finally have a flushing toilet again. This has created much inconvenience as we had to go down to the lobby to use the bathroom. After 11pm, staff had to buzz us into the downstairs bathroom. I asked to speak with the manager, and was told that manager is off on weekends, and will not be back until Monday. Although the staff did comped our parking ($45 total) and offered free breakfast for one day (which we appreciate), it felt like more could be done for this inconvenience. Tbh disappointed with how this issue was handled considering Hilton is a well known brand and hold themselves to high standards. I emailed the GM and no response so far.

The rooms were very spacious and very clean! I enjoyed that each room has a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The entire facility is exceptionally clean and well kept and the customer service was 10/10. There is also a great full bar that serves a variety of food. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is just Meh. Very pricey due to location and believe me when I say that San Jose has horrible traffic so staying close to the airport was a plus. When we checked in we were told breakfast was at 6am the next day, but the next morning leaving for our flight, there was no breakfast until 7am on the weekends. The room was nice and bed was ok. Clean room

Love this place! The staff, property, cleanliness, everything great! And we’ve returned here because it’s nice & our small dog likes it too. My only issue during our third stay is someone was having a party downstairs from us and it went on all night til dawn. And the front desk and security didn’t seem to even approach them to control the volume and people. Nothing happened except we lost sleep. Hopefully they can have some protocol to uphold in these circumstances. Thanks!

The room was clean, the staff friendly

The hotel is clean and brilliant but what I disliked about my stay was that I called to request more towels and the same staff that helped me with check in ignored my request. I was disappointed with that experience.
