Homewood Suites by Hilton San Jose Santa Clara

The room was clean the bed was comfy. The pillows were not very good but overall loved staying here. Theo breakfast was great as well

The room was clean and had all the described amenities. Safe area of the city. The public bathroom near the lobby needed attention possibly due to an event they were hosting and high use. They should have had someone full time attending the bathrooms while there is an event on their hotel.

The hotel location was convenient. The room was clean, had a couch, kitchen and regular size refrigerator. This was my 1st time using Hilton properties and will definitely book more locations. The parking was not included in the stay.

Absolutely loved how clean this hotel was, also we loved the pool and ping pong room. the breakfast buffet was delicious, so much variety.

Our go-to local hotel for several yrs. Housekeeping during holidays sparse. Other times of year, adequate. This is a busy hotel, year round. Front desk team and kitchen need to hire more staff. Front desk staff are nice, considerate, and busy! Weekend food: potatoes, liquid eggs, chicken sausage, watermelon, yogurt, breads, oatmeal, coffee, OJ, and vegan option. Paper plates, bowls. Weekday: Overnight oats, sausage, liquid eggs, and everything else. Choice of real plates with silverware. Nothing extraordinary, good basic breakfast, Everything works, is in good condition. Rooms quiet except if your standing in front of door on either side. Lots of parking. Hotel is by itself behind office building offset to freeway. I had enough points for 2 free nights. Purchased through Expedia. Which i have not done prior trips. For this a "security deposit" upon check in was necessary. I was assinged a mobility queen suite 2 weeks after reserving. Since we dont need that asked for another queen higher up. Was given room 330. I checked in from app into 330. Then it changed again..to 130. Had to call again, desk said the prior shift didnt tell them i was assigned 330. Room was not ready by check in time 300pm. We rolled over, told we needed security deposit of $150. Then 330 appeared on my app and thats the room i got. I tried to avoid fricition by texting, calling front desk x4 bc this was not told or clear to me. Will be finding other Hiltons for future travel.

The room was spacious, I wasn't expecting a stovetop, dishes and a full sized fridge. The complimentary breakfast was nice, and my boys enjoyed the game room. The one small problem I had was that the room key didn't open the game room as stated and I had to wait in line twice to get assistance.

The room was exceptionally clean, all staff professional and friendly, breakfast was great with the exception of having to wait for regular coffee.

This hotel felt like an upscale version of an Extended Stay. Staff was very nice. The room was spacious & had everything we needed. Even though it’s not in SF, the drive into the city wasn’t bad. They also served free breakfast everything which was pretty decent. I give it a 4.5/5 for breakfast because I felt like they didn’t have as much hot food options. Other than that, it was a really great hotel and would definitely come back.
