Arrived late and the staff at the kiosk had decided to put me no show and lost my reservation. That would be one thing but the room was not clean, amenities were non existent. there are better options around town.

Made a reservation, day of reservation they didn’t have a room ready for me. Was told they would call me when it would be ready this was already at 3pm. Never got the call for my room being ready. Good thing I went ahead and went with another place to stay. Terrible service.

Check-in is 3PM. We didn’t get checked in until about 3:40. Reservation was for a two beds. No rooms were clean and ready so we had to opt for a king just to get checked in faster. Room was decent however the blanket had stains and the shower curtain was full of mold.

Awesome staff and allowed to checkin early

The staff was rude at the front desk (hardeep) They don't have a lobby and that's not stated on the website. I had booked 4 months in advance for a concert me and my partner traveled and had to use the restroom they did not let us use the restroom saying they didn't have one. I stated I have a room booked can I get early check in and also that wasn't possible. I waited 3hrs outside in my car and had to partially get ready in the car. When I finally was able to check in we got to the room and a guy was sitting on the chair inside the room. I went and told the front desk and he said it was maintenance like why was maintenance inside the room still and hanging out because he was not working on something. Then I went and asked for the kitchen amenities and they gave me only for one person and it was supposed to be for two people. I went back and asked for the second person amenities like cups, mugs, plates, forks, ect and some of the dishes were not clean with food smudged still on the plates and the pan lids ect I basically went to the front 4 times until they got it right. Would not recommend this hotel.. other guest were also complaining about the rooms some had pizza boxes and Ramen noodle containers in the room. The other room had the beds still not made.. will not be staying here again..

Would be great to have a trash bin in the sleeping area; other than that, great!

It was in the area I needed it to be in and the staff girl in the front was super kind. It was dirty, and I will never stay again.

Waited 20 min at the front desk to get help. We have 15 people in line waiting to check in. Staff was nowhere to be found when we left. The rooms were dirty, beds had hair on them and sink was dirty. The rooms and whole lobby smelled old and musty like wet dog. Breakfast was coffee and packets of oatmeal. Would not stay here again. Too expensive for what it was.

Location No ice machine

Close to our event. Furnishings are old and worn; recliner chair in the room was broken; there was NO coffee/tea etc in the room. The only coffee available was a small carafe in the lobby. A long way to go to get coffee. Coffee was only available in the morning with the few packaged snacks until 9:30 am. By 11:00 am the coffee carafes were gone completely. Unacceptable! Also elevator was acting up!!

It was a great place to stay to walk to an event at Levi Stadium. The breakfast in the morning was not very good. They had very minimal variety of small muffins coffee and hot water.☹️

Our bathroom had mold in it and when we asked for a refund we were advised the property manager declined it

It was OK it was clean When we got there about 330, we checked in we went up to our room and it was dirty. It was not ready or anything. Even the person that checked in after me their room next to us was still dirty not clean. They need to get their housekeepers given room numbers that left so they could start their rooms in the morning. That was the bad thing.

Horrible . Stay somewhere else. I had stayed her a few years ago but it’s bad now. Smeared front door should have been a clue . Elderly man with vision problems to do late night checkin … took 30 minutes with our help. Husband’s key would not work at front door and was erased after using side door . Dirty elevator . Hallways that smell like cigarettes and marijusna . Thermostats that didn’t work. Lamps that don’t work. 5 outlets in the right side of bed did not work. Windows that were stuck open and impossible to close. No towel racks in bathroom. Shower curtain hung up doubled so that my husband had to take it off and redo. Wall hairdryer unit just sitting on the sink instead of hanging on the wall . No shampoo conditioner at all. No dishes in kitchen. Good water pressure is the only good thing I can say.
