A safe clean hotel

Shameful! Hidden parking cost of 40$ a day!

We stayed one night at the Hyatt Santa Clara for the recent World Cup match at the San Francisco Bay Area stadium. The hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived early to secure a parking spot. There is a fee for parking, but it is much less than parking for those not staying at the hotel. We were able to relax and have lunch in the restaurant area while watching the games on multiple screens. The desk texted us when our room was ready, and we were able to get in more than an hour early. The room itself was spacious and great condition. We had a perfect view of the stadium across the street from our window. After the game we were able to get a quick dinner and drinks in the very lively restaurant/bar in the lobby. We slept great in the comfortable bed and check-out was a breeze. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Overpriced with $40 nightly parking fees. Water pressure in the shower was meh. I was pretty sure I selected the free parking filter on expedia before choosing this hotel but I ended up having to pay $40.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! FRONT DESK VERY UNCLEAR ABOUT FEES FOR SUPPOSED LODGING AND AMENITIES. BREAKFAST WAS SO OVERPRICED FOR COLD COFFEE AND UNFRIENDLY SERVICE! WOULD'VE BEEN OFF GRABBING BREAKFAST AT THE AIRPORT. CALLED THE HYATT FOR CLARITY AND THE HOTEL HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I TOLD MY EXPERIENCE AT THEIR HOTEL!!! MORAL OF THE STORY IS NEVER STAY AT A HYATT EVER AGAIN!!!

Everything with his day was excellent. The staff at the front desk was really nice, but since I am being asked to write a review, I would say I only have two complaints: 1: one of the waiters at the restaurant was really rude and he had an attitude like didn’t like his job I would expect better service paying the rate that I was paying for a hotel of this caliber… 2: the other thing is a couple of items in the room were a little worn out like the chair was all scratched down and the sliding door to the bathroom looked also worn out and not kept up…..other than that: Excellent.
