Sonesta Select San Jose Airport

First room smelled like cigarettes so I had to move rooms. Told staff at front desk 4 times I needed the early morning shuttle to airport. When I went down in morning they had no idea about my request. Room has motion sensor light that lights up the room everytime you use the restroom. Ridiculous!

Continental breakfast should include everything on the menu including the hot items- sandwiches- burritos etc for the price per person you pay! l

Other than that everything was fine.

The man on site was beyond helpful. Kind, engaging, professional!

Room was clean and very comfortable. The staff especially at the front desk and cafe are amazing!

This was a clean, comfortable hotel. We reserved last minute too! The staff was very helpful and we kept our car there a week right in front so safe!

We stayed in order to be there at 4 am at airport. The shuttle service was enormously helpful.

to be honest everything was smooth and just a nice place to be at and wine down and relax

Old and tired.

The room was not as nice as the photos. There was a bottled water cap on the floor between the beds, hangers on the floor behind and under the chair. Tub was dated and didn’t drain quickly so I had to shower in standing water. Simply put, a dated hotel. I won’t be cheap, I’ll get the higher end more expensive hotels going forward.

they didn't clean my room so I had to go to main desk to get toilet paper the next morning. I didn't mind they didn't make bed, but my trash needed to be emptied

One of the best places that I have stayed in.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly. Very affordable also.

Was not very clean. Very limited dining on site. Noisy room next to the highway.

Hotel is quite big. Clean overall. There’s a $18 parking fee informed at check in.
