The hotel staff was a six out of five, that nice. They had me park right in front of the hotel. Excellent location in San Juan Do Los Lagos, perfect for walking everywhere. There was nothing that we didn't like, everything met or exceeded our expectations. They don't have A/C or an elevator. We knew this before hand and didn't mind it at all. In reality, you don't need A/C in the Mexican highlands. They do provide a fan which was perfect.

Proximity to the bus station Too noisy it is on the side of a very busy expressway, downtown although close you have to climb or go down a very steep hill ,
